After all, what would a <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/falafel-wrap-with-cauliflower-and-aubergine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel wrap<\/a> be without the <strong>creamy, nutty<\/strong> sauce? It is part of some Levantine cuisine classics. I&#8217;ll show you how you can make it yourself <strong>quickly<\/strong> and <strong>easily<\/strong> with just a few ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-delicious-it-tastes\">How delicious it tastes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tahini<\/strong>, <strong>lemon<\/strong>, <strong>garlic<\/strong> and <strong>parsley<\/strong> make tahini sauce in no time at all. Incidentally, this sauce is called <strong>Tarratohr<\/strong> in <em>Lebanon<\/em>. It tastes slightly nutty and yet wonderfully fresh. You can <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/tahini-how-to\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">make the tahini yourself<\/a> or buy it &#8211; it&#8217;s quicker. When buying, make sure that you don&#8217;t use sesame paste where the oil and paste have separated. The paste will settle at the bottom of the jar while the oil floats on top. Only add the parsley <strong>after<\/strong> blending, otherwise your sauce will turn green and the taste will change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The finished tahini sauce will keep for a <strong>few days<\/strong> in a sealed jar in the fridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-the-sesame-sauce-go-with\">What does the sesame sauce go with?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarratohr goes fantastically with <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/falafel-authentic-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/shawarma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shawarma<\/a>, but also with grilled meat, e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kafta<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/maqali-fried-vegetables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fried vegetables<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or you can use the sauce as a dressing for salads.
