And this <strong>quick<\/strong> and <strong>easy<\/strong> soup with its nutty flavor is perfect for autumn. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-einmal-den-einkaufskorb-voll-machen-bitte\">Fill your shopping basket once, please!<\/h2>\n\n<p>For this soup, grab your shopping basket and take a stroll around the <strong>market<\/strong>.\nThat&#8217;s where you&#8217;ll find all the fresh ingredients you need for this <strong>comfort food<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>You can buy the <strong>tahini<\/strong> and <strong>spices<\/strong> at the supermarket.\nMake sure that the tahini has <strong>not<\/strong> separated in the jar.\nYou can recognize a good tahini by its <strong>creamy<\/strong>, thickened <strong>consistency<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>You can write the following <strong>ingredients<\/strong> on your <strong>shopping list<\/strong> (you will find the exact details below in the recipe card):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celeriac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cauliflower<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vegetable broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Vegetable) cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tahini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprika powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caraway seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walnuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>I have used cream for this recipe.\nHowever, you can also use a <strong>plant-based alternative<\/strong> if you are <strong>lactose<\/strong> intolerant or don&#8217;t want to use <strong>animal<\/strong> products.\nVegan or not &#8211; it will be premium delicious!  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-die-schnelle-blumenkohlsuppe\">The quick cauliflower soup<\/h2>\n\n<p>Something that tastes so premium doesn <strong>&#8216;t<\/strong> always have to be super elaborate.\nThis creamy soup is actually a super quick recipe to make.\nBasically, all you have to do is throw everything into a pan, <strong>fry<\/strong> briefly and then deglaze with <strong>stock<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n<p>The herbs and spices then provide the delicious Levant flavors.\nIn addition to <strong>coriander<\/strong> and <strong>cumin<\/strong>, there is also a good dollop of <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/tahini-selber-machen\/\">tahini<\/a>, which gives the whole dish a wonderfully <strong>nutty note<\/strong>.\nFreshly squeezed <strong>lemon juice<\/strong> with its fruity acidity provides a great balance of flavors.  <\/p>\n\n<p>All that&#8217;s missing now is a crunchy topping!\nSimply roast a few <strong>walnuts<\/strong> in a pan, chop them roughly and you can enjoy your soup with premium roasted flavors. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mochtest-du-deine-blumenkohlcremesuppe-aufpeppen\">Want to spice up your cream of cauliflower soup?<\/h3>\n\n<p>It&#8217;s not a grandma-style recipe, but it&#8217;s a tasty change from the usual recipes.\nAnd if that&#8217;s not enough for you, then I have a few more ideas for you: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Swap the celery for <strong>broccoli<\/strong>, as it goes perfectly with the tahini note and adds a bit of color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you don&#8217;t like walnuts, <strong>cashews<\/strong>, <strong>almonds<\/strong> or <strong>peanuts<\/strong> are also delicious.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or you can make some crispy <strong>croutons<\/strong> from leftover bread as in this <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/tomato-soup-with-white-beans-and-zaatar-croutons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recipe<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roast the cauliflower in the oven beforehand. This gives it a wonderful roasted aroma and an intense flavor.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t finish the soup, you can put it in the <strong>fridge<\/strong> as soon as it has cooled down.\nIt will keep there for approx. <strong>2-3 days<\/strong>.\nOr you can freeze it, but <strong>without<\/strong> the topping, and you should use it up within <strong>3 months<\/strong>.
