I was a little afraid that the <strong>chocolate cream<\/strong> would somehow taste like chickpeas &#8211; absolutely unfounded. The refined mousse tastes wonderfully chocolaty and a bit like sesame mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chocolate cream with aquafaba<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Canned chickpea water is an excellent substitute for egg whites. You can whip the <strong>aquafaba<\/strong>, as it&#8217;s also called (aqua = water, faba = bean), really well with a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of baking powder. It takes a bit of time, but is still quick to prepare and is perfect for vegan chocolate mousse. Meine andere Lieblingsk\u00fcche ist definitiv die levantinische. Frische Kr\u00e4uter, aromatische Gew\u00fcrze, viel Gem\u00fcse und fluffig-knuspriges Fladenbrot. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
