However, the name Lahm bi Ajin is actually not known to many people who have not by chance visited the Levantine countries or have their roots there.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-wird-lahm-bi-ajin-zubereitet\">Wie wird Lahm bi Ajeen zubereitet?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Preparing the recipe is pretty simple. All you have to do is prepare a dough and mix together a meat mixture. For me, pizza is a dish that I like to prepare at the weekend &#8211; even with friends as a cooking evening.  <\/p>\n\n<p>You probably have everything you need for the dough in your fridge. You will need the following <strong>ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wheat flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dry yeast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar, salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The topping is a little more exotic:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minced beef or lamb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2NwVHvQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cinnamon<\/a>, salt, pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/37mxVdG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pomegranate syrup<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>And this is how you prepare the patties:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For the dough, a yeast water is prepared with sugar, yeast and water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the yeast mixture to the flour and knead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining ingredients are added and kneaded into an elastic dough, which is then left to rest for 90 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the topping, finely dice the onion and tomatoes and season with spices and syrup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dough is divided into smaller pieces and must rise again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat the oven, roll out the dough pieces and spread with the mince mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lahm bi Ajin are baked until crispy on either a pizza stone or a baking tray.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Now try the recipe and let me know how you liked it in the comments!
