Because the vegetarian burger tastes like the flavors of the Levant. Fluffy brioche bun, crunchy vegetables, crispy <strong>falafel burger patty <\/strong>and creamy tahini sauce &#8211; wonderfully fresh and spicy. No one can resist.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-falafel-burger-patty\">The falafel burger patty  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I didn&#8217;t stick to the <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/how-to-make-falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">original recipe<\/a> for the patty for the falafel burger, but instead used the recipe <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/beet-falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">for beet falafel<\/a>. With its pink color and slightly sweet aroma, it makes an excellent vegan patty. The beet turns the falafel mixture slightly <strong>pink<\/strong>, making it look almost like minced meat and it is just as easy to shape into flat patties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The beautifully shaped beet falafel patties are then <strong>fried<\/strong> in oil in the <strong>pan<\/strong> until crispy. For me, chickpea patties just have to be crispy, but of course this also makes them quite greasy.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the food is too heavy for your stomach, you can also simply prepare the falafel burger patties in a <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/falafel-from-the-air-fryer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hot air fryer<\/a> or in the <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/falafel-in-oven\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">oven<\/a>. They will also get crispy there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, when I&#8217;m really in the flow, I just make <strong>double the<\/strong> amount. I then put the remaining chickpea patties in the <strong>freezer<\/strong>, because you can <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/freezing-falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">freeze<\/a> them without worrying. And then I always have some on hand to make delicious falafel burgers.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-make-your-own-falafel-burger-in-just-a-few-steps\">Make your own falafel burger in just a few steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You probably have the basic ingredients for burgers in stock, don&#8217;t you? Then head to the supermarket where you can get all the ingredients for falafel burgers. When you&#8217;re standing in front of the bread shelf, don&#8217;t use the normal burger buns, but the extra fluffy and slightly sweet <strong>brioche buns<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So that you can get started as soon as you have bought everything, you should leave the dried chickpeas to soak <strong>overnight<\/strong>. This is because canned chickpeas will make the falafel mixture too mushy and won&#8217;t fry well.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have you got everything you need and soaked the dried chickpeas in water? Then you&#8217;re ready to go: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare the falafel burger patties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the tahini cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry the falafel patties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toast the burger buns and cut the vegetables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assemble the falafel burger and enjoy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
