With just a handful of ingredients, you can easily make these <strong>vegetarian puff pastry pockets<\/strong> yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prepare-the-most-delicious-puff-pastry-with-spinach-and-feta-using-these-ingredients\">Prepare the most delicious puff pastry with spinach and feta using these ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I love <strong>quick<\/strong> and <strong>easy<\/strong> recipes that please my gorumet palate. And these <strong>savory puff pastry pockets<\/strong> filled with spinach and feta definitely do the trick. Of course, cooking is my favorite hobby, but every now and then it can be something simple. For me, that means: <strong>few<\/strong> ingredients that can be found in any supermarket and the dish is ready in <strong>30-45 minutes<\/strong>!   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>filled puff pastry pockets with spinach and feta<\/strong> remind me a little of b\u00f6rek or <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/en\/spinach-pastries-fatayer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fatyer<\/a>, but you need yufka dough for the Turkish pastry sticks, which unfortunately isn&#8217;t available in every supermarket. That&#8217;s why I chose a <strong>simple version<\/strong> with buttery puff pastry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need the following ingredients for the puff pastry with feta and spinach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Puff pastry:<\/strong> take the ready-made <strong>butter puff pastry<\/strong> from the chiller cabinet.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spinach leaves:<\/strong> I used frozen spinach, but <strong>fresh<\/strong> spinach works too.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Feta:<\/strong> there are so many varieties &#8211; use traditional <strong>sheep&#8217;s cheese<\/strong> because it&#8217;s nice and tangy and aromatic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Onion:<\/strong> a small white onion gives the spinach a spicy, tangy note.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olive oil:<\/strong> the best you can find.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Egg:<\/strong> a medium-sized <strong>organic egg<\/strong> is sufficient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spices:<\/strong> Salt, pepper and nutmeg are the classic spices for spinach. The <strong>cumin seeds<\/strong> round off the puff pastry recipe. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That sounds doable, doesn&#8217;t it? So if you have a well-stocked pantry, then you probably only need to go shopping for puff pastry, spinach leaves and feta. But even if you have to buy everything, your shopping bag will remain half empty and your wallet well filled.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-fill-the-buttery-puff-pastry-with-spinach-and-feta-easy-quick-and-incredibly-tasty\">How to fill the buttery puff pastry with spinach and feta &#8211; easy, quick and incredibly tasty!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This <strong>puff pastry recipe<\/strong> is really easy. All you need is a pan and a baking tray &#8211; a stove with an oven is of course also very practical. Then take a few minutes to steam the spinach mixture and fill the puff pastry with spinach and feta. The <strong>oven<\/strong> will then do the baking and you can choose a movie to snack on.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quick instructions for <strong>filled puff pastry pockets with spinach<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Saut\u00e9 the diced onion and spinach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the feta and season with the spices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill the puff pastry with spinach and feta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold the puff pastry into pockets and bake in a hot oven until crispy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>And that&#8217;s all there is to it. Using ready-made puff pastry is really quick, so you can enjoy the savory dumplings straight away.
