The wheat grains are a staple food in <strong>Levantine cuisine<\/strong> and look very similar at first glance. They often end up in salads, in hearty stews or are served as a side dish. But on closer inspection, you can see that they differ in small details, such as the production process and the texture or shape.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The basics: What are couscous and bulgur?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is couscous?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Couscous consists of <strong>durum wheat semolina<\/strong>, which is moistened and rolled into small balls. These are then dried. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich. Meine andere Lieblingsk\u00fcche ist definitiv die levantinische. Frische Kr\u00e4uter, aromatische Gew\u00fcrze, viel Gem\u00fcse und fluffig-knuspriges Fladenbrot. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
