Pine nuts

Zubereitung
Roast the pine nuts in a non-stick frying pan until they are golden brown. Then remove the kernels directly from the pan.
Cut the onion into thin rings and mix with the sumac.
Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Layer tomato slices and onion rings and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Top the salad with pine nuts and season with salt and pepper.
