Ingredients

  • 400 g Tomatoes (mixed)
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1,5 TL Sumac
  • 3 TBSP Olive oil  or more as desired
  • 1 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Pine nuts
  • Salt, pepper

Zubereitung

  • Roast the pine nuts in a non-stick frying pan until they are golden brown. Then remove the kernels directly from the pan.
  • Cut the onion into thin rings and mix with the sumac.
  • Wash and slice the tomatoes.
  • Layer tomato slices and onion rings and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Top the salad with pine nuts and season with salt and pepper.
