Afortunadamente eso se acab\u00f3, por suerte no hay que hacer experimentos. Dos d\u00edas son suficientes. De hecho, suelo desayunar un poco m\u00e1s tarde, pero luego me gusta tomar un desayuno abundante. Un taz\u00f3n de garbanzos calientes en salsa de tahini es lo que se necesita. El conjunto se llama musabaha y en realidad no es m\u00e1s que un hummus muy r\u00fastico y caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfGarbanzos flotantes?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Levante, hay una verdadera lucha cuando se trata de la receta perfecta para el humus. Cada pa\u00eds e incluso cada regi\u00f3n de cada pa\u00eds y cada familia de cada regi\u00f3n de cada pa\u00eds tiene su propia receta. Esta receta es entonces por definici\u00f3n y con letra y sello el original absoluto. Y \u00a1ay de quien afirme lo contrario!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La musabaha es muy similar, pero empecemos por el principio. El Musabaha es b\u00e1sicamente una forma tosca o r\u00fastica de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/humus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">humus<\/a>. Tome garbanzos, tahini, ajo, lim\u00f3n y comino. Estos son los ingredientes b\u00e1sicos del hummus y tambi\u00e9n de la musabaha. Sin embargo, con el musabaha, los garbanzos permanecen enteros y no se maltratan con una batidora de mano. Garbanzos nadando en salsa de tahini, por as\u00ed decirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y \u00abflotante\u00bb podr\u00eda ser incluso el nombre de este plato divinamente delicioso. En \u00e1rabe, nadar significa algo as\u00ed como \u00abmusabah\u00bb. En el L\u00edbano, por supuesto, siempre se omite la U, entonces se llama M&#8217;sabah o M&#8217;sabaha. Pero hay otra versi\u00f3n para aclarar el nombre. En el Islam, existe la misbaha, una sarta de cuentas que se \u00abcuentan\u00bb al rezar. Por lo tanto, se supone que los garbanzos recuerdan a estas perlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1Muchos caminos llevan al delicioso Musabaha!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar una peque\u00f1a guerra sobre la mejor manera de hacer Musabaha, prefiero decir de entrada: \u00a1hay diferencias regionales!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Existe la versi\u00f3n en la que se hace una especie de hummus s\u00faper l\u00edquida como salsa y luego se mezclan garbanzos enteros en ella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 la versi\u00f3n con yogur y tahini como salsa con garbanzos enteros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En otra variaci\u00f3n, se hace una salsa de tahini y se ba\u00f1an los garbanzos en ella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi madre prefiere la tercera variedad. Personalmente, me gusta la variedad n\u00ba 4: hago una salsa de tahini, presiono una parte de los garbanzos y luego la mezclo con el resto de los garbanzos. De esta manera se tiene una salsa m\u00e1s cremosa y varias texturas en la boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero no importa la versi\u00f3n que hagas, \u00a1todas son s\u00faper deliciosas! Aqu\u00ed no hay nada bueno o malo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por \u00faltimo, llega la guarnici\u00f3n perfecta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No importa el tipo de cobertura que sea para ti: Es esencial que haya mucho y buen aceite de oliva. Servir con <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban\u00e9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan de pita<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo dem\u00e1s, no hay m\u00e1s remedio que elegir. Puedes completar tu Musabaha con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pi\u00f1ones tostados y menta seca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomates cortados en cubos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perejil y menta frescos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cilantro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escamas de chile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment\u00f3n en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huevo de desayuno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/salsa-de-mango-amba-levantina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Amba<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/salsa-de-chile-y-cilantro-zhug\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zhug<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O bien, simplemente, puede reunir una gran mezcla. Musabaha es totalmente individual y siempre un desayuno absolutamente delicioso. Los garbanzos, ricos en prote\u00ednas, y las grasas buenas del tahini y el aceite de oliva garantizan que se mantenga lleno durante mucho tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el Musabaha sabe bien fr\u00edo, recomiendo que se disfrute caliente.
