No puedo imaginar nada mejor para el desayuno. \u00a1La receta es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aley-la-ciudad-de-las-nubes\">Aley: La ciudad de las nubes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando estoy en el L\u00edbano, mi t\u00eda remueve la&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/gewuerz-zatar-zaatar-oder-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>mezcla de za&#8217;atar<\/em><\/a>, la decanta en un recipiente de Tupperware y me env\u00eda a la panader\u00eda con ella.<br>El credo del panadero podr\u00eda ser: \u00abT\u00fa traes la cobertura, yo tengo la masa y el horno de piedra\u00bb. As\u00ed que entonces camino por Aley con el peque\u00f1o Tupperware en la mano &#8211; y un est\u00f3mago gru\u00f1endo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor parte de mi familia por parte de mi madre vive en Aley. La peque\u00f1a ciudad en las monta\u00f1as est\u00e1 a unos 16 km al este de Beirut, directamente en el camino a Damasco. El turismo desempe\u00f1a un papel muy importante en Aley. En verano, a los jeques de la pen\u00ednsula ar\u00e1biga les gusta pasar sus vacaciones en la \u00abciudad de la niebla\u00bb. Debido a su ubicaci\u00f3n en las monta\u00f1as, a menudo ocurre que toda la ciudad desaparece entre las nubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con Beirut, el clima es menos caluroso y h\u00famedo, pero sigue siendo maravillosamente veraniego. Por eso, Aley tambi\u00e9n suele llamarse \u00abAhru\u00df il Saif\u00bb, la&nbsp;<em>novia del verano<\/em>. Y as\u00ed, el aire de las tardes de verano se llena de m\u00fasica y el olor a comida y a perfume est\u00e1 por todas partes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando llego a la panader\u00eda, me pongo en la cola. Suele haber ya unos cuantos vecinos esperando con su tupper mientras el panadero extiende la masa de levadura fresca, le hace peque\u00f1as depresiones con sus jeringuillas de dedo y la unta con los toppings que he tra\u00eddo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Todo va tan r\u00e1pido! Nada m\u00e1s entregar la mezcla de zatar, ya est\u00e1 sobre las empanadas de masa y r\u00e1pidamente en el horno. \u00a1El olor es embriagador! Por cierto, hay varias variaciones de manakish que me gustar\u00eda presentarles muy pronto. Pero la versi\u00f3n con za&#8217;atar es la cl\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sonido del empujador del horno al deslizarse por el suelo del horno de piedra y sacar del fuego las deliciosas empanadillas de masa me hace rugir el est\u00f3mago. El panadero envuelve \u00e1gil y h\u00e1bilmente el manakish en papel de horno y me pone en la mano el paquete caliente y perfumado. De vuelta a casa de mi t\u00eda, siempre se pierde un mankushi (singular de manakish) \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\"
