Los<strong> cogollos de lechuga a la<\/strong> <strong>parrilla<\/strong>, en particular, me encantan. Me encanta la ligereza y los deliciosos <strong>aromas tostados<\/strong> que adquiere la lechuga crujiente al asarla. Los cogollos de lechuga a la parrilla son tan r\u00e1pidos y f\u00e1ciles de hacer que se han convertido en un elemento fijo de mis rondas de barbacoa, junto con <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">el kafta<\/a>, las <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/brochetas-de-pollo-shish-taouk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brochetas de pollo<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/espesa-de-halloumi-a-la-parrilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">los palitos de halloumi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente, s\u00f3lo hay que cortar los tiernos cogollos de lechuga romana por la mitad y pincelarlos ligeramente con aceite de oliva para que no se peguen a la rejilla de la parrilla.
