Suelo tomar mi caf\u00e9 negro. Pero me gusta darme el gusto de variar un poco. Uno de mis favoritos es, sin duda, el caramelo moka latte. Ahora ya sabes de d\u00f3nde viene mi inspiraci\u00f3n para estos Brownies de Moca con Caramelo de Tahini Salado \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Levante, el moka suele refinarse con una buena porci\u00f3n de cardamomo. Desgraciadamente, siempre me falta eso aqu\u00ed en la cafeter\u00eda. Pero lo que falta ah\u00ed, simplemente lo he metido en los brownies de moca. El caf\u00e9 y el cardamomo forman un equipo de ensue\u00f1o. Y cuando el conjunto se encuentra con una explosi\u00f3n de chocolate&#8230; \u00a1Dios m\u00edo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-caramelo-de-tahini-salado-adictivo\">Caramelo de tahini salado: \u00a1Adictivo!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3lo puedo repetir lo que ya he dicho sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/tarta-de-chocolate-con-crema-de-cardamomo-y-pistacho\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tarta de chocolate<\/a>: Un trozo te tienta al siguiente y tus pupilas se dilatan m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s con cada bocado. Aqu\u00ed se a\u00f1ade el efecto del caf\u00e9, ya que tambi\u00e9n se a\u00f1aden granos de caf\u00e9 crujientes a la masa. Esto le da a los brownies de moca otra textura crujiente en la boca &#8211; y un peque\u00f1o golpe de cafe\u00edna de forma gratuita en la parte superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hablando de coberturas, como si los brownies de moka no fueran suficientemente deliciosos, el caramelo deliciosamente cremoso y con sabor a nuez con una buena raci\u00f3n de tahini lo remata todo.
