Y cuando adem\u00e1s el suculento pescado al horno se coloca sobre un cremoso y esponjoso lecho de <strong>pur\u00e9 de patatas<\/strong> con ajo, \u00a1la fiesta se monta de verdad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tan simple, pero tan arom\u00e1tica: la corteza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El filete de bacalao al horno ya es incre\u00edblemente sabroso de por s\u00ed, pero con una corteza crujiente llena de sabores \u00a1se convierte en un aut\u00e9ntico espect\u00e1culo! Personalmente, me gusta mucho el filete de bacalao, ya que tiene un sabor casi dulce y una gran textura firme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La deliciosa corteza es muy r\u00e1pida de hacer. Los ingredientes principales son buenos <strong>limones ecol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>, <strong>cilantro<\/strong> fresco, <strong>almendras<\/strong> y <strong>panko<\/strong>. Este \u00faltimo es un pan rallado m\u00e1s grueso, que da a la corteza su delicioso crujiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la corteza, basta con rallar la c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n, picar r\u00e1pidamente las almendras y el cilantro y mezclarlo todo con el panko y un poco de mantequilla. Tambi\u00e9n me gusta a\u00f1adir una pizca de <strong>guindilla<\/strong>. Esto hace que el filete de bacalao al horno sea realmente arom\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez lista la mezcla, s\u00f3lo tienes que ponerla toda sobre el lomo de bacalao y el horno har\u00e1 el resto por ti. Mientras tanto, puedes ocuparte del pur\u00e9 de patatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pur\u00e9 de patatas con ajo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalmente, \u00a1me encantan las patatas cocidas! Pero me gusta a\u00fan m\u00e1s el pur\u00e9 de patatas. La forma cl\u00e1sica consiste en triturar las patatas cocidas con un poco de mantequilla, leche o nata y un poco de nuez moscada. En mi versi\u00f3n, se a\u00f1ade una buena raci\u00f3n de ajo: <strong>ajo asado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No te preocupes, \u00a1el ajo es algo muy sencillo! Basta con a\u00f1adir unos dientes de ajo envueltos en papel de aluminio al filete de bacalao al horno y dejarlo cocer en el horno durante unos 30 minutos. Mientras tanto, se pueden cocer las patatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto el ajo est\u00e9 cocido, s\u00f3lo hay que exprimir los dientes de la piel y a\u00f1adirlos a las patatas escurridas. Entonces puede empezar el pur\u00e9. Basta con a\u00f1adir la mantequilla, la leche y el ajo a las patatas y triturar con un machacador hasta obtener la consistencia deseada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, se puede hacer un pur\u00e9 de patatas muy cremoso o dejarlo con trocitos. Personalmente, me gusta que el pur\u00e9 de patatas para el filete de bacalao al horno est\u00e9 ligeramente troceado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filete de bacalao al horno: \u00a1la cena est\u00e1 servida!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El filete de bacalao al horno con deliciosa corteza est\u00e1 listo &#8211; \u00a1comprobado! El pur\u00e9 de patata con ajo est\u00e1 listo &#8211; \u00a1comprobado! Entonces llega el momento de servir el pescado. De alguna manera parece ser una cuesti\u00f3n de fe si se pone el pescado directamente sobre el pur\u00e9 o s\u00f3lo la mitad encima o ambos por separado uno al lado del otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, puedes hacerlo como m\u00e1s te guste.
