Esta sopa&nbsp;<strong>crema de alubias<\/strong>&nbsp;vegana es naturalmente s\u00faper cremosa gracias a las tiernas&nbsp;<strong>alubias<\/strong>&nbsp;blancas por s\u00ed solas y adem\u00e1s est\u00e1 llena de buenas prote\u00ednas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El poder de las jud\u00edas blancas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Me encantan las alubias blancas no s\u00f3lo porque saben muy bien y me gusta la consistencia natural de su mantequilla. En realidad, a veces me da mucha pereza y no me apetece cocinar nada elaborado. Pero tampoco quiero pan seco, sobre todo cuando quiero prestar atenci\u00f3n a los valores nutricionales y voy a ir a por todas las prote\u00ednas. Y las prote\u00ednas no s\u00f3lo son s\u00faper saludables, sino que adem\u00e1s te mantienen lleno durante mucho tiempo. Por eso las alubias blancas siempre son \u00fatiles, porque puedo cocinarlas directamente de la lata si es necesario. Puedo hacer una sabrosa&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/ensalada-de-habas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ensalada<\/a>&nbsp;de alubias o un delicioso&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/receta-de-pur%C3%A9-de-jud%C3%ADas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pur\u00e9 de<\/a>&nbsp;alubias en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, o esta deliciosa sopa cremosa de alubias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estoy seguro de que puedes ver a d\u00f3nde quiero llegar con esto: Las alubias blancas son peque\u00f1as y saludables gotas de prote\u00edna que tambi\u00e9n son bastante sabrosas y r\u00e1pidas y f\u00e1ciles de hacer. No necesitas muchos ingredientes para esta crema de alubias. Cebolla, ajo, caldo de verduras y una buena porci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haga-su-propio-tahini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tahina<\/a>&nbsp;para darle un ligero sabor a nuez. Al igual que los garbanzos, me gusta condimentar las alubias con comino. De alguna manera, la mezcla siempre va bastante bien y se supone que la especia tambi\u00e9n ayuda a la digesti\u00f3n. Todos salimos ganando. Primero se asan las verduras un poco en aceite de oliva y luego se a\u00f1aden las jud\u00edas. A continuaci\u00f3n, desglasee todo con caldo de verduras, d\u00e9jelo cocer un poco y h\u00e1galo pur\u00e9 hasta que est\u00e9 cremoso. Eso es todo, s\u00faper f\u00e1cil, \u00bfverdad?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como topping, recomiendo los garbanzos tostados crujientes, que puedes condimentar con un poco de za&#8217;atar y sal marina. Y si quieres, espolvorea unos copos de guindilla por encima; eso no s\u00f3lo queda muy bien, sino que tambi\u00e9n da un poco de dinamismo a la crema de alubias.
