Ni siquiera el or\u00e1culo omnisciente \u00abGoogle\u00bb ha podido darme todav\u00eda una respuesta concreta y cre\u00edble. Si lo sabes: \u00a1por favor, comparte tu secreto conmigo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, acept\u00e9moslo por ahora&#8230; \u00a1El pan plano est\u00e1 delicioso en cualquier caso!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquella \u00e9poca, no hab\u00eda pan plano para comprar en nuestra zona. As\u00ed que no tuvo m\u00e1s remedio que hornearlo ella misma. Mi madre sol\u00eda hornear unos cuantos kilos de masa para hacer pan plano. Sin embargo, no sobrevivi\u00f3 mucho tiempo, teniendo en cuenta que se pod\u00edan hacer tantas deliciosas novias envueltas (as\u00ed es como llaman a los envoltorios en el L\u00edbano) con \u00e9l. Lo envolvimos todo en el pan de pita. Uno de mis wraps favoritos era con patatas fritas caseras y ketchup ^^<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero tambi\u00e9n ba\u00f1ados en delicioso aceite de oliva y <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/gewuerz-zatar-zaatar-oder-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\">zaatar<\/a> &#8211; o con <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/queso-fresco-liban\u00e9s-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\">labneh<\/a> y pepino&#8230; Podr\u00eda seguir eternamente. \u00a1Pero ahora vienes! Hornea tu propio pan de pita y observa c\u00f3mo se produce la magia en el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-una-pequena-pista\">Una peque\u00f1a pista<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3n en el horno solo siempre ha sido un poco complicada. La temperatura y el tiempo tienen que ser correctos. Mi madre es muy ingeniosa cuando se trata de conseguir los resultados deseados. Por ejemplo, sol\u00eda poner una rejilla en la cocina, encender la placa a tope y dar al pan de pita liban\u00e9s el calor adecuado desde abajo directamente en esta rejilla antes de volver a meter el pan plano en el horno durante un tiempo breve. Es mucho trabajo, pero siempre ha merecido la pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-actualizacion-he-revisado-y-mejorado-la-receta-en-julio-de-2021\">Actualizaci\u00f3n: He revisado y mejorado la receta en julio de 2021.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, he conseguido que el pan plano perfecto sea a\u00fan m\u00e1s perfecto. Experiment\u00e9 mucho con diferentes tipos de harina, tiempos de reposo, temperaturas y tiempos de cocci\u00f3n. Mi objetivo era que el pan plano estuviera tan bueno en un horno normal como si lo hubieras comprado (\u00a1e incluso mejor!). Definitivamente debe subir siempre como un globo, ser perfecto para mojar y debe ser realmente agradable y el\u00e1stico para que tambi\u00e9n se pueda enrollar en envolturas. Ahora lo he conseguido y, por supuesto, os paso la nueva receta directamente a vosotros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay un paso importante que no debes olvidar al preparar el pan: Despu\u00e9s de haber horneado el pan, debe colocarse en una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico una vez que se haya enfriado. S\u00f3lo as\u00ed se garantiza que siga siendo el\u00e1stica y perfectamente enrollable incluso un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El pan de pita tambi\u00e9n funciona desde la sart\u00e9n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora tambi\u00e9n he probado el pan de pita liban\u00e9s en la sart\u00e9n y tambi\u00e9n funciona de maravilla. S\u00f3lo hay que tener en cuenta que el pan no sube como un globo y queda m\u00e1s compacto. El calor de la sart\u00e9n crea unos aromas tostados que dan al pan un sabor y una textura ligeramente diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity
