Especialmente cuando el tiempo era escaso o mi d\u00eda estaba tan lleno que no consegu\u00eda hacerme una comida decente. Luego, a veces, simplemente pongo un extra\u00f1o filete de pescado con migas en el horno. Dec\u00eda \u00ab\u00c0 la Bordelaise\u00bb. En alg\u00fan momento se me ocurri\u00f3 la idea: \u00bfse puede hacer tambi\u00e9n berenjena al horno sobre labneh \u00ab\u00c0 la Bordelaise\u00bb?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mentiras-de-marketing\">\u00a1Mentiras de marketing!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante mi investigaci\u00f3n, llegu\u00e9 a la chocante conclusi\u00f3n de que el Dr. Iglu me hab\u00eda estado mintiendo todos estos a\u00f1os y que no se trataba de una bordelesa en el pescado, ni siquiera un \u00aba la\u00bb. (Lo siento, tengo que enjugar una l\u00e1grima por un momento&#8230;). La Bordelaise no es para nada algo desmenuzable, \u00a1es en realidad una salsa caliente de los Bordaux! \u00a1Con vino dentro!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero de todos modos, lo de las migas por encima siempre me ha excitado. As\u00ed que me apropi\u00e9 de esta \u00abidea\u00bb y la interpret\u00e9 de forma levantina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-berenjena-al-horno-sobre-labneh\">Berenjena al horno sobre labneh<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/queso-fresco-liban\u00e9s-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">El Labneh<\/a> es uno de los cl\u00e1sicos m\u00e1s populares del Levante. El queso fresco de yogur se suele rociar con aceite de oliva y luego simplemente se sumerge en pan de pita fresco. Pero el labneh es incre\u00edblemente vers\u00e1til y armoniza perfectamente con el <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/falafel-haz-tu-propio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel<\/a> o el <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kafta-en-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kafta<\/a>, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalmente, soy un gran fan de las berenjenas. Ya sea en forma de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/baba-ghanoush-crema-de-berenjena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a> o simplemente <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/makali-verduras-fritas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fritas<\/a> con un poco de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/humus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>, las berenjenas siempre van bien. Y fue la combinaci\u00f3n con el labneh y los sabores del <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tu-propio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&#8217;atar<\/a> y el cilantro lo que realmente me entusiasm\u00f3 \u00faltimamente. As\u00ed que desarroll\u00e9 una receta que combina mi amor por la falsa bordelesa con berenjenas al horno y labneh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-crumble-lo-hace\">\u00a1El crumble lo hace!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Y aqu\u00ed est\u00e1! \u00a1La receta es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil! Lo m\u00e1s destacado es el crumble (\u00a1qu\u00e9 sorpresa!) que va encima de la berenjena al horno. Simplemente unt\u00e9 un pan plano con aceite de oliva y lo espolvore\u00e9 con za&#8217;atar, luego lo tost\u00e9 bien en el horno. Luego puse todo en la licuadora con cilantro fresco y anacardos tostados. Aseg\u00farate de no batir el crumble demasiado fino, porque entonces se perder\u00eda la agradable textura crujiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez preparado el crumble, es realmente muy r\u00e1pido: hornear la berenjena, colocarla sobre el labneh y cubrirla con el maravilloso y arom\u00e1tico crumble de za&#8217;atar. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ada unos chorros de aceite de oliva, algunas semillas y cilantro y su berenjena al horno estar\u00e1 lista. <s>a la B&#8230;<\/s> sobre labneh con crumble de
