He aqu\u00ed algunos ejemplos cl\u00e1sicos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coliflor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patatas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berenjenas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebollas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son mis 5 favoritos que utilizo para mi bocadillo makali y que caen bien a todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se prepara el makali?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3n de este plato es realmente muy sencilla. Todo lo que necesitas es una freidora o una sart\u00e9n grande en la que puedas fre\u00edr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lava las verduras, s\u00e9calas bien (de lo contrario salpicar\u00e1n demasiado en cuanto las introduzcas en la grasa caliente) y c\u00f3rtalas en trozos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentar la freidora o la sart\u00e9n con aceite y fre\u00edr las verduras hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 se come con el makali?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El makali se sirve como parte de un <strong>mezze<\/strong>. Esto significa que se ponen sobre la mesa varios tentempi\u00e9s, como falafel, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/humus\/\">hummus<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/salsa-de-tomate-matbucha\/\">matbucha<\/a>, y simplemente se come todo el programa hasta saciarse. Es sencillamente maravilloso sentarse y festejar con los amigos en un ambiente cordial. Y eso tambi\u00e9n forma parte de la cultura de Levante. Casi nadie est\u00e1 solo en ning\u00fan sitio, sino m\u00e1s bien en compa\u00f1\u00eda. Aqu\u00ed un falafel con berenjena, all\u00ed de nuevo el pan plano con un poco de coliflor ba\u00f1ada en queso crema, entre medias una cebolla frita dulce con un poco de menta y una pizca de sal. Por supuesto, la fritura no convierte necesariamente las verduras en comida diet\u00e9tica, pero les da un delicioso sabor y <strong>gusto a asado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No me canso de Makali. No en vano, mis amigos me comparaban con las gaviotas de Buscando a Nemo y me llamaban cari\u00f1osamente \u00ab<em>gaviota libanesa<\/em>\u00ab&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como puede ver, hay muchas
