Especialmente cuando hace mucho calor, me apetece una comida r\u00e1pida pero deliciosa. As\u00ed que una ensalada refrescante siempre es muy bienvenida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El aguacate y el pepino forman un buen equipo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces, cuando pienso en una nueva receta, me gusta pensar en colores. Como puedes ver obviamente, pens\u00e9 en el color verde para la ensalada de aguacate y pepino. Aguacate verde, pepino verde y menta verde son los ingredientes principales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo curioso es que los ingredientes individuales suelen ir muy bien juntos y se complementan maravillosamente en cuanto a sabor y <strong>textura<\/strong>. El aguacate es realmente rico y cremoso, mientras que el pepino a\u00f1ade un gran crujido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, no puede haber una ensalada sin hierbas: la menta encaja incre\u00edblemente bien aqu\u00ed y le da a la ensalada de aguacate y pepino una nota maravillosamente fresca. Combina especialmente bien cuando el ali\u00f1o lleva un <strong>toque de ajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1No hay ensalada sin ali\u00f1o delicioso!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El sabroso ali\u00f1o se elabora simplemente con aceite de oliva, zumo de lim\u00f3n fresco, ralladura de lim\u00f3n, sal y un poco de ajo. Mezclados, el ali\u00f1o da un aut\u00e9ntico sabor a la fresca ensalada de aguacate y pepino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, pero no por ello menos importante, lo \u00fanico que falta es un bonito aderezo que a\u00f1ada un <strong>toque de color<\/strong> a la ensalada. Yo opt\u00e9 por semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas y comino negro. El s\u00e9samo aporta su aroma a nuez y el comino negro es como una peque\u00f1a salpicadura arom\u00e1tica de color en cada bocado, dando a la ensalada una nota muy sustanciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me encanta que la ensalada de aguacate y pepino sea tan sencilla y tan r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil de preparar. La ensalada combina muy bien con verduras o carne a la parrilla. Por ejemplo, con <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/brochetas-de-pollo-shish-taouk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brochetas de pollo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kafta\/\">kafta<\/a> o como sabroso tentempi\u00e9 entre horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estoy deseando ver c\u00f3mo te gusta.
