Con esta receta no s\u00f3lo obtendr\u00e1 una carga completa de queso con el cusc\u00fas perlado, sino tambi\u00e9n unas jugosas alb\u00f3ndigas de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kafta<\/a> al horno \u00a1e incluso una mantequilla de guindilla por encima!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cusc\u00fas perlado en lugar de macarrones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aparte de la deliciosa salsa cremosa con mucho queso y mantequilla, el cusc\u00fas perlado es una experiencia gustativa en s\u00ed mismo. Las bolitas redondas se sienten muy especiales en la boca y hacen que el plato sea realmente excitante. Es como si muchas bolitas te hicieran cosquillas en la lengua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto, el cusc\u00fas perla, como cualquier otro cusc\u00fas, se elabora de forma muy parecida a la pasta. Estas bolas de s\u00e9mola de trigo duro y agua se laminan o rallan en granos de tama\u00f1os muy diferentes y luego se secan. Por lo tanto, el cusc\u00fas perla puede cocerse como la pasta en agua con sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1Un mont\u00f3n de queso, por favor!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, con el perlcouscous de queso no s\u00f3lo hay un mont\u00f3n de queso rallado, sino tambi\u00e9n una buena raci\u00f3n de mantequilla. S\u00e9 que no es un plato para comer cuando se est\u00e1 a dieta, pero a veces hay d\u00edas en los que se necesita una buena raci\u00f3n de queso y <strong>comida reconfortante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el perlcous de queso, eleg\u00ed pecorino picante y me inspir\u00e9 en el cl\u00e1sico italiano <strong>Cacio e Pepe<\/strong>. Luego a\u00f1ad\u00ed la mencionada porci\u00f3n de mantequilla y parte del agua del cusc\u00fas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eso por s\u00ed solo es una sinfon\u00eda de queso divina, \u00a1pero hay m\u00e1s encima!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1Alb\u00f3ndigas con pasta de queso!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El cusc\u00fas perlado con queso se cubre con jugosas <strong>alb\u00f3ndigas<\/strong> al horno. Simplemente tom\u00e9 la mezcla para el cl\u00e1sico kebab levantino llamado <strong>kafta<\/strong>, la form\u00e9 en bolas y simplemente las met\u00ed en el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kafta<\/a> no s\u00f3lo contiene carne picada, sino tambi\u00e9n una buena porci\u00f3n de perejil, cebolla y una pizca de canela. Esto hace que las alb\u00f3ndigas sean especialmente arom\u00e1ticas y confiere al cusc\u00fas de perlas de queso otra dimensi\u00f3n de sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si quieres que el plato sea vegetariano, puedes omitir las alb\u00f3ndigas o utilizar carne picada de verduras.<\/strong> Sea creativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mantequilla de guindilla para coronar un cusc\u00fas de perlas de queso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para completar la experiencia del cusc\u00fas de perlas de queso, recomiendo untar la mantequilla de guindilla sobre las alb\u00f3ndigas y las bolas de cusc\u00fas. Le dar\u00e1 un toque extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y cuando hayas terminado con todo, por supuesto puedes rallar todo el queso que quieras sobre los platos hasta que alguien diga basta. \u00a1Buen
