Me encanta compartir, pero en <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kafta<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/queso-fresco-liban\u00e9s-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Labneh<\/a> siempre se convierte en una peque\u00f1a competici\u00f3n. Especialmente cuando se permite que todos coman del mismo plato grande &#8211; lo s\u00e9, eso no es compatible con la corona &#8211; pero as\u00ed es como era \u00abentonces\u00bb y estoy seguro de que ser\u00e1 posible de nuevo pronto. Ojal\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kafta-sobre-labneh\">Kafta sobre Labneh<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No importa si se prepara el abundante kafta a la parrilla, en el horno o en la sart\u00e9n: en combinaci\u00f3n con el labneh fresco y ligeramente \u00e1cido, las peque\u00f1as brochetas son simplemente insuperables. Cuando cocinamos en casa de mi madre, siempre hay tanto, por supuesto, que todo el barrio se llena. Y si no quieren, pues nos lo comemos, la figura es feliz&#8230; As\u00ed que si realmente sobra algo, al d\u00eda siguiente untamos <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban\u00e9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan de pita<\/a> con labneh y lo cubrimos con kafta, lo enrollamos y nos lo llevamos, o metemos los rollos a escondidas en la mochila. A menudo, un peque\u00f1o tentempi\u00e9 me esperaba en mi mochila en el viaje de vuelta &#8211; \u00a1Yaaaay!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-turbo-de-sabor-tomates-guisados-y-datiles-dulces\">El turbo de sabor: tomates guisados y d\u00e1tiles dulces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Como si el kafta sobre labneh no fuera ya lo suficientemente delicioso, en alg\u00fan momento se me ocurri\u00f3 a\u00f1adir al plato unos tomates cherry guisados muy ricos y unos d\u00e1tiles dulces. Definitivamente fue una muy buena idea, porque los tomates jugosos y la dulzura cremosa de los d\u00e1tiles armonizan perfectamente con la carne picada (tambi\u00e9n funciona perfectamente con carne picada vegana para darle forma) y el labneh \u00e1cido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para completar el cuadro, mezcl\u00e9 un poco de aceite de oliva con <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/harissa-con-agua-de-rosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">harissa<\/a> y lo roci\u00e9 sobre el plato. Por \u00faltimo, pero no por ello menos importante, tost\u00e9 avellanas y a\u00f1ad\u00ed un poco de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/zumaque-especia-de-mesa-del-levantamiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zumaque<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tu-propio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&#8217;atar<\/a>: \u00a1perfecto!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto: si quieres que tu labneh sea un poco m\u00e1s cremoso para este plato, puedes, por supuesto, variar el tiempo que dejas reposar el yogur. Dej\u00e9 el yogur colgado en un pa\u00f1o para colar durante unas 4 horas por la ma\u00f1ana porque quer\u00eda que el queso crema estuviera un poco m\u00e1s suelto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y ahora te deseo
