Bueno, al menos para todos los que me rodean cuando vuelvo a tener hambre sin darme cuenta. Lo \u00fanico que ayuda es la comida, \u00a1una comida realmente buena! Esta r\u00e1pida ensalada de cusc\u00fas perlado no s\u00f3lo llena, sino que adem\u00e1s las bolitas le dan a esta ensalada de pasta (\u00a1s\u00ed, de pasta!) una sensaci\u00f3n especial en la boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ensalada-de-pasta-o-de-cuscus\">\u00bfEnsalada de pasta o de cusc\u00fas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo sigo diciendo: \u00a1el cusc\u00fas es en realidad la pasta m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a del mundo! El cusc\u00fas a veces se parece al bulgur, pero los dos alimentos son muy diferentes. El bulgur est\u00e1 hecho 100% de trigo. Al igual que la pasta, el cusc\u00fas se elabora con s\u00e9mola de trigo duro y agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diferencia se nota cuanto m\u00e1s grande es el cusc\u00fas que tienes delante. En el L\u00edbano, por cierto, el cusc\u00fas grande se llama moghrabieh y tambi\u00e9n se refiere a un guiso muy espec\u00edfico hecho con este tipo de cusc\u00fas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cuscus-perlado-perfecto-para-una-ensalada-de-pasta-rapida\">Cusc\u00fas perlado &#8211; \u00a1Perfecto para una ensalada de pasta r\u00e1pida!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras el cusc\u00fas perla se cuece en agua con sal -como cualquier otra pasta-, se pican r\u00e1pidamente las verduras y se mezcla el ali\u00f1o. Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n puede omitir o a\u00f1adir ingredientes a las verduras. Nada se opone a su imaginaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por mi parte, me gustan mucho los peque\u00f1os tomates cherry con su maravilloso aroma dulce para la ensalada de cusc\u00fas perla. Junto con los pimientos, los r\u00e1banos y el pepino, redondean muy bien la ensalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ali\u00f1o es igual de f\u00e1cil de hacer: picar el eneldo, mezclar el zumo de lim\u00f3n y el aceite de oliva con el za&#8217;atar y listo. Ah, s\u00ed, se me olvidaba un ingrediente: <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tus-propios-limones-una-peque\u00f1a-minigu\u00eda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a1limones salados<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con su fuerte acidez, los limones confitados combinan perfectamente con la ensalada de cusc\u00fas perlado y le aportan un elegante frescor. Basta con a\u00f1adir el lim\u00f3n completamente picado a la ensalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para m\u00ed, la ensalada de cusc\u00fas de perlas tambi\u00e9n es perfecta para una comida preparada.
