Decir simplemente \u00ab\u00a1est\u00e1 delicioso!\u00bb no suele ser suficiente. Cuando digo \u00ab\u00a1Eso es <strong>vegano!<\/strong>s\u00f3lo mis amigos veganos reaccionan con jadeos. <strong>El pur\u00e9 de jud\u00edas<\/strong> tampoco suena muy sexy&#8230; As\u00ed que llamemos a las cosas por su nombre: <strong>Fuhl Medammas<\/strong>. Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedo presentarle a alguien una papilla bastante fea hecha de garbanzos y habas? As\u00ed es, simplemente lo pongo delante de los invitados sin avisar y espero que les guste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fuhl-medammas-el-mejor-desayuno-de-levante\">Fuhl Medammas: \u00a1El mejor desayuno de Levante!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estoy incre\u00edblemente contento de que no s\u00f3lo haya gustado a todo el mundo hasta ahora, sino que incluso haya entusiasmado a todo el mundo. Pues bien, el fuhl (o ful o foul) es una papilla de alubias y garbanzos que se ali\u00f1a con ajo, zumo de lim\u00f3n y comino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero eso por s\u00ed solo no hace el plato. Mi madre siempre dice: \u00abHay que mimar a Fuhl\u00bb. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se estropean los garbanzos y las jud\u00edas? Con hierbas, tomates afrutados, verduras frescas y encurtidas. Acompa\u00f1ado de aceitunas y un delicioso t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que tienes este pur\u00e9 como base, a\u00f1ades un pu\u00f1adito de perejil y menta picados por encima y cubres las hierbas con tomates dulces cortados en dados. Fuhl Medammas le da el toque final con un buen chorro de aceite de oliva. As\u00ed que se lo presento a mis amigos y me miran con los ojos muy abiertos. Falta algo&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-se-come-con-las-manos\">\u00a1Se come con las manos!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin cuchara, sin cuchillo y sin tenedor&#8230; \u00ab\u00a1\u00bfC\u00f3mo se supone que te vas a comer eso?!?\u00bb<br>Le entrego un delgado pan plano liban\u00e9s y le demuestro c\u00f3mo me comer\u00eda las Medammas Fuhl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arranco un trozo de pan de pita, lo sujeto entre el pulgar y el \u00edndice y me lo meto en la boca. Mientras lo hago, intento absorber todo lo que puedo del delicioso pur\u00e9 de alubias. A continuaci\u00f3n, pongo un poco del pur\u00e9, hierbas frescas y dados de tomate en el pan plano, y todo queda reluciente por el aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me lo como y sonr\u00edo a mis amigos. Tras unos cuantos intentos fallidos, todos lo consiguen y la sonrisa se extiende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ful Medammas es un asunto realmente sabroso y, sobre todo, muy sociable. A la hora de prepararlo, presta atenci\u00f3n a la calidad de los ingredientes, especialmente del aceite de oliva. Para picar, siempre sirvo una selecci\u00f3n de verduras frescas y encurtidas y aceitunas. Se acompa\u00f1a con t\u00e9 negro o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kaffee-auf-libanesisch-mokka-mit-kardamom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
