De hecho, sol\u00eda comprar el sirope ya preparado, hasta que un d\u00eda un amigo me regal\u00f3 una botella de sirope de granada casero. Despu\u00e9s de eso, el jarabe comprado ya no era una opci\u00f3n para m\u00ed. Y as\u00ed comenz\u00f3 mi peque\u00f1a aventura en la tierra de las granadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hacer-tu-propio-sirope-de-granada-es-superfacil-si-el-timing-encaja\">Hacer tu propio sirope de granada es superf\u00e1cil &#8211; si el timing encaja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer un buen jarabe de granada, s\u00f3lo se necesitan tres ingredientes: <strong>Zumo de<\/strong> granada, un poco de <strong>az\u00facar<\/strong> y <strong>zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/strong>. S\u00f3lo tienes que ponerlo todo en una olla, cocinarlo a fuego lento durante mucho tiempo y acabar\u00e1s con el mejor sirope para tu despensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que me puse en la cocina y prob\u00e9 suerte. Para ahorrar tiempo y dinero, he utilizado zumo ya preparado (100%). Se puede conseguir en cualquier supermercado bien surtido. Por supuesto, podr\u00eda haber utilizado granadas frescas y haberlas hecho zumo, pero me daba pereza y quer\u00eda probarlas primero. As\u00ed que encend\u00ed la cocina, puse todo en una olla y me fui. Dej\u00e9 que el temporizador corriera para comprobarlo y luego volv\u00ed a la olla despu\u00e9s de una hora&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-momento\">El momento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Al llegar a la olla, me esperaba el horror. El zumo hab\u00eda desaparecido y una masa de color rojo intenso me burbujeaba (s\u00ed, lo s\u00e9, la negligencia es una mierda, \u00a1no me lo merec\u00eda de otra manera!). El tiempo de cocci\u00f3n del jarabe es muy importante. Si te retrasas incluso 5 minutos, el resultado es un desagradable trozo de \u00abcaramelo\u00bb de granada que no querr\u00e1s disfrutar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo intento fue mucho mejor y el tercero fue finalmente perfecto. Como el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n var\u00eda seg\u00fan la cantidad de zumo, he probado varias cantidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ejemplo: Diferentes cantidades con diferentes tiempos de cocci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml de zumo de granada, 1 cucharada de az\u00facar, 1 cucharadita de zumo de lim\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aproximadamente 60 ml de jarabe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dur\u00f3 aproximadamente 17 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>500 ml de zumo de granada, 2 cucharadas de az\u00facar, 1 cucharada de zumo de lim\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aproximadamente 100 ml.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dur\u00f3 aproximadamente 30 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 litros de zumo de granada, 6 cucharadas de az\u00facar, 3 cucharadas de zumo de lim\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aprox. 300 &#8211; 320 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dur\u00f3 aproximadamente 90 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regla general: Siempre se obtiene un m\u00e1ximo de 1\/3 de la cantidad original de zumo de granada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-saber-si-el-jarabe-de-granada-esta-listo\">C\u00f3mo saber si el jarabe de granada est\u00e1 listo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los \u00faltimos minutos de ebullici\u00f3n son especialmente cr\u00edticos para la consistencia. Si te pierdes este momento, tu jarabe ser\u00e1 demasiado espeso y no podr\u00e1s utilizarlo. As\u00ed que est\u00e9 all\u00ed 5-10 minutos antes de que termine el tiempo y observe el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si las burbujas se van espesando poco a poco, el jarabe est\u00e1 listo. Para saber si est\u00e1 listo, hay que <strong>sumergir una cucharada en el alm\u00edbar hirviendo a fuego lento y mirar el dorso para ver si se ha<\/strong> formado <strong>una pel\u00edcula rojiza<\/strong>. Si puede trazar una l\u00ednea en la pel\u00edcula con el dedo (\u00a1tenga cuidado, podr\u00eda estar caliente!), su jarabe est\u00e1 listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenga en cuenta tambi\u00e9n que el jarabe se vuelve m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido a medida que se enfr\u00eda. Por lo tanto, debe seguir siendo l\u00edquido en caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sos-ayuda-cuando-las-cosas-no-van-bien\">SOS: Ayuda cuando las cosas no van bien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El jarabe estuvo demasiado tiempo en la cocina:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como he dicho, es importante que vuelvas a la olla con suficiente antelaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1es el alm\u00edbar durante los \u00faltimos minutos. Si hierve demasiado tiempo, se volver\u00e1 espesa y muy s\u00f3lida. Desgraciadamente, el jarabe se estropea y ya no se puede utilizar. Por cierto, su maceta estar\u00e1 entonces ocupada durante un periodo de tiempo m\u00e1s largo. \u00a1El jarabe es s\u00faper caliente! As\u00ed que, por favor, tened cuidado. Si te pasa, el jarabe se ha convertido en caramelo y ya no puedes usar la olla, debes mantener la calma y llenar la olla con agua tibia y dejarla reposar. Cuando todo se haya enfriado, puedes verter en el fregadero agua corriente entre tibia y caliente del grifo. Poco a poco, todo se disolver\u00e1 por s\u00ed mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El jarabe es demasiado l\u00edquido despu\u00e9s de enfriarse:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el sirope de granada est\u00e1 todav\u00eda un poco demasiado l\u00edquido, puedes simplemente calentarlo de nuevo y darle unos minutos m\u00e1s en la olla, despu\u00e9s de lo cual deber\u00eda estar perfecto una vez que se haya enfriado. Tambi\u00e9n puedes cronometrarte. Desgraciadamente, cada cocina funciona de forma diferente y s\u00f3lo puedo darte una gu\u00eda aproximada. Pero no dude en utilizar el ejemplo de la cuchara como gu\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-haz-tu-propio-zumo-de-granada\">Haz tu propio zumo de granada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieres hacerlo todo t\u00fa mismo, puedes, por supuesto, conseguir granadas frescas y exprimirlas. Tambi\u00e9n hay diferentes m\u00e9todos, que me gustar\u00eda explicarles brevemente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partir por la mitad y apretar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probablemente el m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil es simplemente cortar la granada por la mitad y exprimirla en una prensa de frutas. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que aqu\u00ed es donde tendr\u00e1 las mayores p\u00e9rdidas. Se garantiza que toda la fruta no dejar\u00e1 su jugo. Y hay que colar el zumo con un pa\u00f1o despu\u00e9s. Tambi\u00e9n hay que colar el zumo con un pa\u00f1o despu\u00e9s para que no queden part\u00edculas en el zumo, y no quieres part\u00edculas en tu sirope \ud83d\ude09 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-entkernen-p-rieren-und-auswringen\"><strong>Retirar las semillas, triturar y escurrir:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un m\u00e9todo un poco m\u00e1s eficaz es retirar las semillas de la granada, hacerlas pur\u00e9 en una licuadora y luego pasar la mezcla por un pa\u00f1o. De este modo, puede estar seguro de que se toman todas las semillas. Sin embargo, el descorazonamiento lleva un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo y tambi\u00e9n se empapar\u00e1 m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente si no se descorazona la manzana bajo el agua (peque\u00f1o consejo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y si no te gusta ninguno de los dos m\u00e9todos y tienes un exprimidor de verdad en casa, ya sabes lo que tienes que hacer igualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfEl jarabe es peor con el jugo terminado?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfDe verdad? \u00a1No! Estoy s\u00faper contenta con el jarabe que hice con el zumo que compr\u00e9. Pero cuando lo compres, aseg\u00farate de que es un zumo de granada 100% sin aditivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-puedes-hacer-con-el-jarabe-de-granada\">Qu\u00e9 puedes hacer con el jarabe de granada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El<strong>sirope de granada tiene un sabor \u00e1cido, s\u00faper afrutado y ligeramente \u00e1cido<\/strong>, y puede utilizarse para platos dulces y salados. En el Levante, por ejemplo, a la gente le gusta utilizarlo para desglasar la carne o las verduras asadas con especias. La nota afrutada ofrece entonces un maravilloso contraste con los sabores tostados. Pero tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar el jarabe para refinar las ensaladas (en los aderezos) o para los postres y las bebidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son algunos ejemplos en los que he utilizado el jarabe de granada hasta ahora:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kafta<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a caramelizadas<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/guiso-de-lentejas-rashta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Guiso de lentejas con fideos<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/ensalada-a-la-parrilla-con-halloumi-y-melocot\u00f3n\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ensalada a la parrilla con halloumi<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero sea cual sea el uso que le des a tu jarabe de granada, est\u00e1 garantizado que ser\u00e1 algo especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
