Cremoso, fresco, afrutado y, si lo desea, ligeramente picante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1Estupendamente bueno!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (Supercalifragilisticexpialigetic)!!! S\u00e9 que me estoy yendo muy, muy por las ramas con esta afirmaci\u00f3n. Pero una vez que hayas probado el labneh con uvas caramelizadas, al menos entender\u00e1s mi entusiasmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si a\u00fan no conoce <strong>el labneh<\/strong>: Esta deliciosa crema se elabora f\u00e1cilmente a partir de <strong>yogur<\/strong>, simplemente dej\u00e1ndolo reposar en un pa\u00f1o colador durante unas horas. El yogur pierde suero y adquiere una consistencia m\u00e1s firme y un sabor m\u00e1s intenso. \u00a1Maravillosamente cremosa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/queso-fresco-liban\u00e9s-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">labneh<\/a> suele servirse solo, con un poco de aceite de oliva y za&#8217;atar, el queso cremoso de yogur es tan vers\u00e1til que podr\u00eda llenar un peque\u00f1o libro de cocina s\u00f3lo con \u00e9l. (Quiz\u00e1 alg\u00fan d\u00eda tenga que dedicarme a ello&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Labneh es la base perfecta para disfrutar de una gran variedad de salsas. Labneh con uvas caramelizadas es mi \u00faltima combinaci\u00f3n favorita. Es como encender una gran cerilla de sabor con cada dip. Una vez que se enciende la llama, lo hace r\u00e1pidamente y enciende un aut\u00e9ntico fuego artificial de sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hora de las uvas caramelizadas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, esto no se debe s\u00f3lo a la base cremosa, sino tambi\u00e9n a la cobertura arom\u00e1tica. Para ello, simplemente cort\u00e9 las uvas claras y rojas por la mitad a lo largo y las salte\u00e9 con un poco de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio. Las uvas no s\u00f3lo son dulces, sino que tambi\u00e9n tienen una agradable acidez. \u00a1Eso redondea mucho el sabor posterior!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para darle a\u00fan m\u00e1s sabor, rall\u00e9 la piel de un lim\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gico y a\u00f1ad\u00ed un poco de miel a la sart\u00e9n. El olor de las uvas carameliz\u00e1ndose en la sart\u00e9n con la ralladura de lim\u00f3n y la miel es estupendo. Por supuesto, no quiero olvidarme de los pistachos, que ech\u00e9 directamente a la sart\u00e9n con las uvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasados unos minutos, la cobertura estar\u00e1 lista. A continuaci\u00f3n, basta con extender el cremoso labneh en un plato y a\u00f1adir las uvas caramelizadas por encima. Al saltearlas en la sart\u00e9n se ha creado una especie de caldo. \u00a1Una reducci\u00f3n fant\u00e1stica de los diferentes sabores! \u00a1No deje de ponerlo tambi\u00e9n en la crema de <strong>yogur<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como toque final, a\u00f1ado cebolleta finamente picada y guindilla. La cebolleta le da un toque contundente al conjunto. Puede sonar extra\u00f1o, \u00a1pero est\u00e1 realmente delicioso!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para dar el toque final al labneh con uvas caramelizadas, espolvoreo por encima una pizca fina de escamas de sal marina.
