Y cuando es tan <strong>r\u00e1pido<\/strong> y <strong>f\u00e1cil<\/strong> de preparar como estas deliciosas <strong>cu\u00f1as de patata con dukkah<\/strong> al horno, se disfruta el doble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cunas-de-patata-del-horno\">Cu\u00f1as de patata del horno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las patatas son una verdura estupenda. Puedes hacerlas <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/cazuela-de-patatas-siniyeh-batata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pur\u00e9<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/smashed-potatoes-con-mayonesa-de-harissa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aplastarlas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/batata-harra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">asarlas<\/a>, hervirlas, fre\u00edrlas y hacer un mill\u00f3n de cosas m\u00e1s con ellas. Pero a veces tienen que ser especialmente sencillas y sabrosas, por eso hablamos ahora de los gajos de patata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los gajos de patata<\/strong> son, como su nombre indica, patatas cortadas en gajos o cu\u00f1as. Despu\u00e9s se pueden hervir, hornear, fre\u00edr o asar. Para esta receta, as\u00e9 las cu\u00f1as de patata en el horno con la mezcla de especias maravillosamente arom\u00e1tica llamada <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/dukkah-receta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dukkah<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto, <strong>la dukkah<\/strong> es una mezcla de especias arom\u00e1ticas, avellanas, pistachos y semillas de s\u00e9samo. As\u00ed que tambi\u00e9n puedes preparar tus gajos de patata en la airfryer sin ning\u00fan problema. Encontrar\u00e1 los pasos a continuaci\u00f3n en la ficha de la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te preguntas qu\u00e9 tipo de patatas puedes usar para los gajos de patata: Yo <strong>utilizo principalmente patatas cerosas<\/strong>. Quedan blandas por dentro y crujientes por fuera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ha lavado bien las patatas, tambi\u00e9n puede cortarlas directamente en gajos con la piel y luego mezclarlas bien con el aceite y la dukkah en un bol y despu\u00e9s extenderlas en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hornea las cu\u00f1as de patata a <strong>200 \u00b0C durante unos 20-25 minutos<\/strong>. Puedes preparar la mayonesa t\u00fa mismo o aromatizar la mayonesa ya preparada en el supermercado. A m\u00ed me gusta a\u00f1adir un poco de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/zumaque-especia-de-mesa-del-levantamiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zumaque<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tu-propio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&#8217;atar<\/a> a la mayonesa y me da un sabor completamente diferente.
