Junto con Tamara, Sebastian dirige el blog de alimentaci\u00f3n Simply Vegan, en el que ambos, por supuesto, se desviven por la nutrici\u00f3n vegana. Tanto si buscas deliciosas recetas veganas como consejos y trucos en general, incluyendo informaci\u00f3n sobre productos veganos, all\u00ed encontrar\u00e1s todo lo que tu coraz\u00f3n desea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lentejas y bulgur combinados en deliciosas bolas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya dije m\u00e1s arriba que se trataba de recetas conjuntas, es decir, en plural. De hecho, una de estas recetas ya ha aparecido en su blog. As\u00ed que si te apetece un delicioso <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simply-vegan.org\/2022\/11\/14\/blumenkohl-auberginen-pilav\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pilaf de coliflor y berenjena<\/a>, hazles una visita, o al menos espera a terminar de leer este post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero volvamos a <strong>las lentejas<\/strong> y al <strong>bulgur<\/strong>. La idea de hacer unas sabrosas bolitas de lentejas y bulgur con estos dos ingredientes surgi\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente. Me encantan las lentejas y me encanta el bulgur, as\u00ed que por qu\u00e9 no fusionarlos ya que estamos hablando de comida de fusi\u00f3n. Junto con las cebollas asadas y las especias como el comino, el piment\u00f3n y la canela, las bolas resultaron incre\u00edblemente sabrosas y jugosas. As\u00ed que tambi\u00e9n se pueden comer solos. Recomiendo encarecidamente probar el resto de la receta, porque en combinaci\u00f3n con el <strong>cusc\u00fas perlado<\/strong> en la <strong>salsa de yogur vegano<\/strong>, \u00a1es todo un \u00e9xito!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salsa de yogur vegana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La salsa de yogur es en realidad un cl\u00e1sico de la cocina levantina, que he modificado ligeramente para esta receta utilizando yogur vegano. La receta original procede del plato <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/shish-barak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shishbarak<\/a>, las alb\u00f3ndigas rellenas de salsa de yogur. As\u00ed que tom\u00e9 yogur vegano y lo cocin\u00e9 con ajo, canela y menta seca para hacer una de las salsas m\u00e1s deliciosas de la historia. A continuaci\u00f3n, se a\u00f1ade el cusc\u00fas perlado, que se puede cocinar igual que la pasta; bueno, en realidad es una especie de pasta. Y cuando todo est\u00e1 bien mezclado y los sabores se han encontrado, vienen las deliciosas bolas de lentejas y bulgur. Y los que ya conocen mis recetas lo saben: los frutos secos picados y las hierbas frescas son imprescindibles. No s\u00f3lo por el aspecto, sino por el sabor y la textura crujiente del cusc\u00fas perlado y las jugosas bolas.
