Y desde entonces, lo espero con ansias cada vez que vuelve a estar disponible. Si piensas en \u00abguiso\u00bb y \u00abcoliflor\u00bb como algo s\u00faper pesado y abundante, puedo tranquilizarte (o decepcionarte). El Yakhnit Arnabit tiene un sabor maravillosamente fresco gracias a una gran nota \u00e1cida de zumo de lim\u00f3n y sigue dando la reconfortante sensaci\u00f3n de calor de un guiso. Simplemente genial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yakhnit Arnabit: Asado, no cocido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay muchas formas de preparar la coliflor, entre ellas este guiso de coliflor. Puedes hervir la coliflor, fre\u00edrla o asarla en el horno. Cada m\u00e9todo da a su Yakhnit Arnabit un sabor ligeramente diferente. Si opta por fre\u00edr, obtendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s sabor de la grasa, pero el guiso tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 un poco m\u00e1s insano. Cuando cocines la col, tu piso oler\u00e1 a caca y habr\u00e1s eliminado la mayor parte del sabor, pero tu guiso ser\u00e1 s\u00faper ligero, \u00a1ya! Y si quieres el centro exacto, deja que la coliflor se ase bien en un horno caliente, as\u00ed es como lo hago yo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La preparaci\u00f3n no es necesariamente s\u00faper r\u00e1pida, pero los pasos son muy f\u00e1ciles. En primer lugar, hay que chamuscar bien la carne y luego guisarla con un ej\u00e9rcito de grandes especias. Entre las especias se encuentran superestrellas como el cardamomo, la pimienta de Jamaica, la canela y el laurel. Y mientras la carne se cuece, s\u00f3lo hay que poner la coliflor en el horno: se asar\u00e1 c\u00f3modamente y se podr\u00e1 terminar con el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/arroz-con-mantequilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arroz con mantequilla<\/a>. De este modo, habr\u00e1s creado un guiso de coliflor incre\u00edblemente delicioso para toda la familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Levante y sus guisos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como centroeuropeo, podr\u00eda pensar que en el Levante, por el clima, a la gente no le gustan mucho los guisos y s\u00f3lo come&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/humus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/falafel-haz-tu-propio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel<\/a>&nbsp;y el resto de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/categor%C3%ADa\/mezze-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pandilla de mezze<\/a>&nbsp;todo el d\u00eda. Pero, de hecho, hay una gran cultura del guiso. \u00abTabha\u00bb o \u00abtabkha\u00bb se traduce aproximadamente como \u00abplato cocinado\u00bb. Se refiere a los maravillosos guisos que suelen servirse con una buena raci\u00f3n de arroz con mantequilla y que comienzan con la palabra \u00abyakhnit\u00bb. Estos platos me calientan el alma y siempre me transportan a la mesa de mi madre y de mi familia. \u00a1Buen provecho!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-consejo-extra-para-veganos-y-vegetarianos\">Consejo extra para veganos y vegetarianos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El guiso tambi\u00e9n puede prepararse completamente sin carne. Basta con omitir la carne y utilizar caldo de verduras, que se hierve con las especias durante unos 30 minutos. Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adir carne vegetal como sustituto de las prote\u00ednas. Esto ya no es original, pero el coraz\u00f3n y el alma de Yakhnit Arnabit es la coliflor. Para preparar el arroz a la mantequilla, se puede utilizar aceite de colza con sabor a mantequilla en lugar de mantequilla o utilizar directamente margarina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
