Tarta de queso y <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/?s=baklava\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baklava<\/a>: suena incre\u00edble, \u00bfverdad? Bueno, para ser sincera, al principio era esc\u00e9ptica, ya que soy una fan absoluta del baklava. Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 puedo decir? Esta tarta de queso con baklava ha entrado directamente en mi categor\u00eda de \u00abvolver\u00e9 a hacerla\u00bb. No necesitas mucha cantidad, pero las <strong>l\u00e1minas<\/strong> deben <strong>ser finas y lisas<\/strong>. Yo siempre coloco las capas directamente en el molde desmontable, bien untadas de mantequilla; es un poco como meditar con la masa. Pero es muy divertido.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mi consejo:<\/strong> Puedes utilizar tanto <strong>masa<\/strong> <strong>filo<\/strong> como <strong>masa yufka<\/strong> <strong>.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-punado-de-frutos-secos-para-el-relleno\">Un pu\u00f1ado de frutos secos para el relleno<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfNueces, anacardos o pistachos?  <\/strong>Yo digo: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no todas? Yo tuesto los frutos secos brevemente en una sart\u00e9n antes de servirlos, para realzar su <strong>sabor<\/strong>. Si te gusta un poco m\u00e1s fino, utiliza m\u00e1s pistachos. Si quieres un sabor m\u00e1s r\u00fastico, utiliza m\u00e1s nueces.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quark, queso crema y nata para la crema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La base es cl\u00e1sica: <strong>crema de queso, quark bajo en grasa y un poco de nata.<\/strong> Y para darle a esta parte el sabor del Levante, no pueden faltar unas gotas de <strong>agua de rosas<\/strong> en la <strong>crema de queso<\/strong>. No es imprescindible, pero creo que es lo que lo hace especial. \u00a1Pru\u00e9balo! Los ingredientes fr\u00edos no son tan f\u00e1ciles de mezclar en una mezcla cremosa, y a menudo se forman grumos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unta siempre bien el filo con mantequilla<\/strong>, de lo contrario quedar\u00e1 seco en lugar de crujiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornea <strong>la tarta a baja temperatura <\/strong>y coloca <strong>en el horno<\/strong> un cuenco de <strong>agua<\/strong> resistente al calor.
