Se ajusta &#8211; al menos para esta&nbsp;<strong>sart\u00e9n de<\/strong>&nbsp;langostinos s\u00faper f\u00e1cil. El plato encaja perfectamente en cualquier&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/categor%C3%ADa\/mezze-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mezze<\/a>&nbsp;y siempre me trae recuerdos de una agradable velada de finales de verano. A\u00f1ade un vaso de vino blanco, un poco de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban%C3%A9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan de pita<\/a>&nbsp;fresco y un poco de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/humus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>&nbsp;y soy la persona m\u00e1s feliz del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La fusi\u00f3n perfecta entre lo salado y lo fresco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que m\u00e1s me gusta de la sart\u00e9n de gambas es la incre\u00edble armon\u00eda de notas saladas y frescas. Por un lado, por supuesto, estaban los langostinos, que se saltean en una buena porci\u00f3n de aceite de oliva con ajo. Por otro, las deliciosas notas afrutadas y \u00e1cidas del sirope de granada y un buen chorro de zumo de lim\u00f3n. De todos modos, creo que la combinaci\u00f3n de lo agrio y lo salado es estupenda y realmente abre el apetito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieres, tambi\u00e9n puedes darle a la sart\u00e9n de las gambas un poco de calor y a\u00f1adir un poco de guindilla. Personalmente, me gusta un poco m\u00e1s picante. Pero lo que definitivamente no debe faltar es una buena porci\u00f3n de cilantro. Me encanta esta hierba. Si no te gusta el cilantro (que existe&#8230;), utiliza perejil como alternativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cantidad de aceite de oliva indicada en la receta es orientativa, si\u00e9ntase libre de utilizar m\u00e1s; yo lo har\u00eda.
