Supongo que no. Pero el Levante tambi\u00e9n tiene este delicioso cl\u00e1sico en la manga. <strong>Los rollos de col libaneses<\/strong> son la prueba de que tambi\u00e9n existe una fant\u00e1stica cocina casera en el Mediterr\u00e1neo, que incluso puede cocinarse de forma regional y estacional en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1Un repollo para envolverlos a todos!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tuviera que comparar las diferentes versiones de los rollos de col, dir\u00eda que los rollos de col libaneses son m\u00e1s bien ligeros y frescos. Sin embargo, siguen d\u00e1ndome esa sensaci\u00f3n hogare\u00f1a de calentar la comida casera. Los rollos de col se rellenan con una mezcla de carne picada y arroz de grano redondo. Pero no importa: el repollo tiene que ser precocido y luego desmenuzado en sus hojas individuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-envolver-la-col-o-envolverla\">\u00bfEnvolver la col o envolverla?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que el repollo est\u00e1 en hojas individuales frente a usted, es el momento de rellenarlo y enrollarlo. Aqu\u00ed he utilizado el yogur directamente como base para servir. Si quieres, a\u00f1ade un poco de perejil picado y tu comida para sentirse bien est\u00e1 lista.
