Y ni siquiera hace falta hacer un viaje a Levante para preparar <strong>estofado liban\u00e9s de guisantes<\/strong>, porque puedes conseguir todos los ingredientes en el supermercado m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o a la vuelta de la esquina. Y el guiso est\u00e1 caliente y delicioso en la mesa en un santiam\u00e9n, eso es una promesa \ud83d\ude09 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deliciosos-guisos-solo-en-la-estacion-fria\">\u00bfDeliciosos guisos s\u00f3lo en la estaci\u00f3n fr\u00eda?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para m\u00ed, los guisos pueden servirse todo el a\u00f1o. No me asusta cocinar una deliciosa comida casera incluso en verano, cuando las temperaturas son c\u00e1lidas. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 guardar lo bueno s\u00f3lo para el oto\u00f1o y el invierno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Levante, los guisos suelen servirse con <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/arroz-con-mantequilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arroz con mantequilla<\/a>. Sin embargo, el <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/bulgur-de-mantequilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bulgur<\/a> tambi\u00e9n sabe bien con \u00e9l. Tambi\u00e9n el Yakhnet Basella, que a menudo se llama simplemente Basella. Probablemente lo adivine: <em>Basella<\/em> significa <em>guisantes<\/em> en \u00e1rabe. No se trata de garbanzos (que se llaman hummus), sino de guisantes verdes, peque\u00f1os y dulces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y hablando de dulces y peque\u00f1os&#8230; De peque\u00f1a, la Basella era una de mis comidas favoritas. Y mis hermanos tambi\u00e9n. No s\u00e9 por qu\u00e9, pero siempre \u00e9ramos muy unidos cuando se trataba de los guisos de mi madre y nos lo com\u00edamos todo tranquilamente y con fruici\u00f3n. As\u00ed ocurr\u00eda siempre con el guiso de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/guiso-liban\u00e9s-de-patatas-con-kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">patatas<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/fasolia-guiso-de-alubias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la fasolia<\/a>, por ejemplo. Y tambi\u00e9n nos gustaba sudar en verano o con nuestros jerseys favoritos en invierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-basella-sabe-muy-bien-con-carne-picada-o-con-carne-picada-vegana\">La Basella sabe muy bien con carne picada o con carne picada vegana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto, la Basella tambi\u00e9n es un plato estupendo <strong>para despu\u00e9s del trabajo<\/strong>, ya que el guiso de guisantes no lleva m\u00e1s de 40 minutos, \u00a1todo incluido! Sofr\u00eda r\u00e1pidamente la cebolla y el ajo en aceite de oliva, a\u00f1ada la carne picada, los tomates enlatados y los guisantes y sazone con canela, sal y pimienta &#8211; listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y mientras el guiso sigue burbujeando, puedes preparar el arroz con mantequilla. Por cierto, hace poco prob\u00e9 el estofado con carne<strong> picada vegana <\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n sabe muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero independientemente de si es vegetariano, vegano o con carne, el estofado tiene un dulzor maravillosamente ligero gracias a los guisantes finos, pero sigue siendo agradable y sustancioso y una absoluta delicia para el coraz\u00f3n. Por cierto, a m\u00ed me gusta a\u00f1adir unas zanahorias finas a mi receta, as\u00ed que me gusta utilizar esta mezcla de guisantes y zanahorias en conserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, puede prescindir de las zanahorias y utilizar guisantes frescos o congelados.
