Porque, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no combinar simplemente dos manjares en una delicia gigantesca? Y lo m\u00e1s especial de esta sencilla receta de galletas de chocolate: \u00a1se utiliza moca en lugar de caf\u00e9! Esto da a las galletas crujientes una nota c\u00e1lida y dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mocha &#8211; Caf\u00e9 liban\u00e9s con cardamomo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yo conoc\u00eda la moca como un caf\u00e9 expreso o un caf\u00e9 con un toque de cacao. Rafik se limit\u00f3 a negar con la cabeza y luego me prepar\u00f3 un aut\u00e9ntico y genuino <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/moca-con-cardamomo\/\">moka<\/a> liban\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/moca-con-cardamomo\/\">con cardamomo<\/a>. Me sorprendi\u00f3 y de alguna manera me intrig\u00f3: caf\u00e9 fuerte realzado con cardamomo suave. Por eso, un aut\u00e9ntico moka liban\u00e9s es esencial para sus galletas de chocolate. \u00bfNo tienes ninguno en casa? Entonces puedes hacer un poco de trampa y usar <strong>caf\u00e9 expreso<\/strong> y un poco de <strong>cardamomo molido<\/strong> en lugar de moca. El otro d\u00eda me tom\u00e9 un moka con canela, tambi\u00e9n es interesante y seguro que lo a\u00f1adir\u00e9 a una o dos recetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-haz-tus-propias-galletas-de-chocolate-facilmente\">Haz tus propias galletas de chocolate f\u00e1cilmente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfHas hecho alguna vez galletas t\u00fa mismo? \u00bfQuiz\u00e1s las <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/galletas-de-m\u00e1rmol-con-tahini\ufffc\/\">galletas marmoladas con tahini<\/a> o es que eres completamente nuevo en esto de hornear galletas? No importa, porque esta receta es tan sencilla que s\u00f3lo puede tener \u00e9xito. Lo m\u00e1s importante para estas sensacionales <strong>galletas de<\/strong> chocolate es un buen <strong>chocolate<\/strong>. Recomiendo el <strong>chocolate negro<\/strong> con <strong>al menos un 70% de cacao<\/strong>. Dependiendo de lo dulce que te guste, tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar un chocolate amargo; yo siempre tiendo a utilizar un contenido de cacao extra alto porque las galletas siguen teniendo una buena porci\u00f3n de az\u00facar. As\u00ed que elija el chocolate con cuidado para que sus <strong>galletas<\/strong> con chips de chocolate sean m\u00e1s deliciosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que tengas los dos ingredientes m\u00e1s importantes, una buena <strong>moka<\/strong> y un buen <strong>chocolate<\/strong>, lo \u00fanico que necesitas son los sospechosos habituales como la harina, el az\u00facar, la mantequilla, etc. Seguro que los tienes en tu despensa. Y luego s\u00f3lo hay que mezclar todos los ingredientes, darles forma de rollo, cortar rodajas y hornearlas hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes. Tambi\u00e9n se puede verter la masa <strong>con una cuchara<\/strong> en la bandeja de horno o utilizar una <strong>cuchara de helado<\/strong>. Importante: dejar suficiente espacio entre las galletas, ya que subir\u00e1n durante el horneado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras se hornean, las galletas de chocolate con cardamomo desprenden un maravilloso aroma en la cocina&#8230; disfr\u00fatalo por ahora. Una vez que los bizcochos se hayan enfriado, se puede a\u00f1adir un <strong>glaseado<\/strong> verde <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>chocolate<\/strong> blanco y <strong>pur\u00e9 de pistacho<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n puedes espolvorear unos <strong>pistachos picados<\/strong> por encima, pero son opcionales. En general, el glaseado es opcional, pero queda m\u00e1s bonito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haz las galletas de chocolate como quieras, \u00a1pero hazlas! Und weil es in der orientalischen K\u00fcche auch um Geselligkeit geht, genie\u00dfe ich das Essen am liebsten mit
