Casi no hay mesa en Levante que no incluya este delicioso <strong>queso cremoso elaborado a partir de yogur<\/strong>. El queso crema siempre forma parte de un buen <strong>mezze<\/strong>. La receta b\u00e1sica no s\u00f3lo es incre\u00edblemente vers\u00e1til, sino tambi\u00e9n incre\u00edblemente <strong>r\u00e1pida <\/strong>y<strong> f\u00e1cil de<\/strong> preparar. Y tambi\u00e9n es muy <strong>barata<\/strong>. Aqu\u00ed te muestro c\u00f3mo funciona y c\u00f3mo puedes preparar <strong>tu propio labneh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es exactamente el labneh y de d\u00f3nde procede?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Labneh es un <strong>queso fresco<\/strong> muy cremoso elaborado <strong>con yogur<\/strong>. Por eso, a veces tambi\u00e9n se le llama <strong>queso de yogur<\/strong>. Dependiendo de la regi\u00f3n, el labneh tambi\u00e9n se llama a veces <strong>labaneh<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y como ya se ha dicho antes: el queso fresco tiene su origen en la cocina oriental y es imposible imaginar el Levante sin \u00e9l. El Levante abarca los pa\u00edses de L\u00edbano, Siria, Israel, Palestina, Jordania, parte de Turqu\u00eda y Chipre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo hacer su propia crema de queso<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo lo que necesitas para hacer esta deliciosa crema de queso es..:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yogur&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una pizca de sal&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un pa\u00f1o limpio para colar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer labneh, basta con mezclar una peque\u00f1a pizca de sal con el yogur y poner el yogur salado en un pa\u00f1o de colar y dejarlo colgar unas horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sal a\u00f1adida deshidrata el yogur y le da una consistencia m\u00e1s firme. Tambi\u00e9n intensifica el sabor. El Labneh sabe realmente fresco y fuerte como el yogur: ligeramente \u00e1cido y maravillosamente cremoso hasta incluso cremoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo deje reposar el yogur en la tela de colar, m\u00e1s l\u00edquido (suero) perder\u00e1 y, por tanto, se volver\u00e1 m\u00e1s firme y de sabor m\u00e1s intenso. El hecho de que la grasa sea portadora de sabor hace que no solo sea m\u00e1s completo, sino tambi\u00e9n m\u00e1s suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, por ejemplo, se utiliza un yogur con menos grasa, la crema de queso tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 cremosa, pero m\u00e1s \u00e1cida que si el yogur tiene m\u00e1s grasa. No se preocupe, esto parece m\u00e1s ciencia de lo necesario. Todo est\u00e1 escrito de forma clara y concisa en mi receta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un peque\u00f1o truco de mi madre:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La forma m\u00e1s divertida de preparar el labneh es, sin duda, la de mi madre: en alg\u00fan momento se le perdi\u00f3 el pa\u00f1o de colar y busc\u00f3 en todos los cajones de la casa. Nada, no hab\u00eda pa\u00f1o para colar. Qu\u00e9 bien que la necesidad sea siempre la madre de la invenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que, tras registrar medio piso, volvi\u00f3 a desaparecer brevemente en la cocina y regres\u00f3 al sal\u00f3n con un moka y una sonrisa. \u00abEntonces, \u00bfhas encontrado el pa\u00f1o del pasaporte?\u00bb, le pregunt\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sorbi\u00f3 su moca con cuidado y dijo con suficiencia: \u00ab\u00a1No, esa estopilla puede quedarse dondequiera que se esconda!\u00bb y me sonri\u00f3. Pens\u00e9 que esta vez tendr\u00edamos que prescindir del cremoso queso de yogur, pero con un movimiento de su cabeza hacia la cocina y unos ojos risue\u00f1os, me indic\u00f3 que echara un vistazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, cuando entr\u00e9 en la cocina, vi el portafiltro de la cafetera desplegado. Cuando me acerqu\u00e9, dentro hab\u00eda un filtro de caf\u00e9&#8230; y yogur. Qu\u00e9 ingenioso. Me dio la risa, era tan sencillo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n tom\u00e9 una taza de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/kaffee-auf-libanesisch-mokka-mit-kardamom\/\">moca<\/a> reci\u00e9n hecha y me sent\u00e9 de nuevo con mi madre. Est\u00e1bamos tomando nuestro moka cuando o\u00edmos a mi hermano desde la cocina: \u00ab\u00a1Baaa! \u00bf\u00a1Qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s haciendo!?\u00bb &#8211; Mi hermano prefiere beber caf\u00e9 de filtro&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfD\u00f3nde<strong> comprar?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, ahora tambi\u00e9n se puede comprar labneh en algunos supermercados bien surtidos, tiendas de delicatessen o mercados orientales. Pero seamos sinceros: el queso cremoso se puede hacer tan f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pidamente que no merece la pena comprarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo y con qu\u00e9 se come el labneh?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como dec\u00eda al principio, el labneh es muy vers\u00e1til. Tradicionalmente, el queso crema se roc\u00eda con un poco de aceite de oliva y se adorna con za&#8217;atar. Siempre se acompa\u00f1a de verduras frescas como aperitivo, aceitunas encurtidas y, por supuesto, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban\u00e9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan de pita<\/a> fresco. A continuaci\u00f3n, basta con pasar el labneh con el aceite y el za&#8217;atar por un trozo de pan de pita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/gewuerz-zatar-zaatar-oder-zaatar\/\">za&#8217;atar<\/a>, por cierto, es una mezcla de especias muy popular en el Levante a base de tomillo, semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas, zumaque y una pizca de sal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El labneh tambi\u00e9n es excelente para untar o como ingrediente de platos salados y dulces. Al igual que otros productos de yogur, el Labneh contiene muchos probi\u00f3ticos buenos, que son importantes para una digesti\u00f3n sana y favorecen la salud intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si haces t\u00fa mismo el labneh y el yogur pierde el l\u00edquido en la tela de colar, debes recogerlo. El l\u00edquido es <strong>suero<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El suero de leche es un subproducto de la producci\u00f3n de todo tipo de quesos y quesos cremosos.
