Bonito y r\u00fastico, pero a la vez maravillosamente fresco y afrutado. Servido con un arom\u00e1tico arroz con mantequilla, se convierte en un aut\u00e9ntico fest\u00edn de sabores. La receta es muy&nbsp;<strong>sencilla<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e1pida<\/strong>&nbsp;de preparar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-el-guiso-libanes-de-tomate\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el guiso liban\u00e9s de tomate?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como su nombre indica, el estofado de tomate es un guiso con tomates afrutados. A esto se le a\u00f1ade carne picada frita (la vegetariana tambi\u00e9n sirve), un poco de canela y sirope de granada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El guiso se llama \u00abYakhnit<strong>Banadura<\/strong>\u00bb en \u00e1rabe y suele servirse con delicioso&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/arroz-con-mantequilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arroz con mantequilla<\/a>.<strong>\u00ab<\/strong><strong>Banadura<\/strong>\u00bb significa&nbsp;<strong>tomate<\/strong>&nbsp;en \u00e1rabe,<strong>\u00abYakhnit<\/strong>\u00bb significa<strong>\u00abguiso<\/strong>\u00ab. Por eso yo no elijo los tomates m\u00e1s baratos de la estanter\u00eda, sino que me aseguro de que sean de&nbsp;<strong>buena calidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mejor son los tomates&nbsp;<strong>pelados<\/strong>&nbsp;en conserva de alta calidad, pero por supuesto tambi\u00e9n puede utilizar tomates frescos de su huerto. Sin embargo, los tomates pelados y en conserva suelen tener un sabor m\u00e1s intenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>sirope de granada<\/strong>&nbsp;aporta la porci\u00f3n extra de sabor afrutado. Dependiendo de la variedad, el sirope tambi\u00e9n aporta un dulzor \u00e1cido y alimenta el aroma del guiso de tomate liban\u00e9s. S\u00f3lo hay que rehogar la cebolla y el ajo en aceite de oliva, a\u00f1adir la carne picada y desglasar con los tomates y el sirope de granada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sazonar con sal, pimienta y canela y cocer a fuego lento brevemente.
