Esta pasta es muy&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e1pida<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>f\u00e1cil de<\/strong>&nbsp;preparar, pero tiene un toque especial. Nunca habr\u00eda pensado que la calabaza y los higos se complementar\u00edan tan bien. La pasta se refina con&nbsp;<strong>queso feta<\/strong>&nbsp;y una buena porci\u00f3n de la mezcla de especias levantinas.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tu-propio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Za&#8217;atar<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-calabaza-y-el-higo\">La calabaza y el higo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo especial para m\u00ed de esta deliciosa y r\u00e1pida&nbsp;<strong>pasta<\/strong>&nbsp;es la combinaci\u00f3n de la&nbsp;<strong>calabaza<\/strong>&nbsp;con sabor a nuez y&nbsp;<strong>los higos<\/strong>&nbsp;afrutados. Esta combinaci\u00f3n surgi\u00f3 cuando me sobr\u00f3&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/horno-kurbis-lim%C3%B3n-yogur-zhug\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">calabaza del horno<\/a>. Fue entonces cuando tuve la idea de este delicioso&nbsp;<strong>plato oto\u00f1al<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que simplemente cort\u00e9 la calabaza en trozos peque\u00f1os y los salte\u00e9 en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de ajo y aceite de oliva. Para darle un toque picante, a\u00f1ad\u00ed un poco de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/harissa-con-agua-de-rosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">harissa<\/a>&nbsp;picante. Tambi\u00e9n se puede prescindir de ella o picar guindilla fresca y a\u00f1adir un poco de picante a la pasta con calabaza e higos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto la calabaza est\u00e9 tierna, se a\u00f1aden los higos frescos a la sart\u00e9n. Debido a su propia&nbsp;<strong>fructosa<\/strong>, se caramelizan durante la fritura y aportan al plato un dulzor realmente delicioso. Esto combina perfectamente con el sabor de la calabaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto, ya puedes cocer la pasta, porque a\u00fan necesitas parte del agua de la pasta recogida para espesar la salsa y hacerla bien cremosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras se cuece la calabaza y se caramelizan los higos, a\u00f1ada una porci\u00f3n de la mezcla de especias orientales Za&#8217;atar. La mezcla de&nbsp;<strong>tomillo<\/strong>&nbsp;silvestre y&nbsp;<strong>semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/strong>&nbsp;combina sensacionalmente bien con la pasta con calabaza e higos. Si no tiene za&#8217;atar a mano, puede utilizar tomillo seco y un poco de s\u00e9samo tostado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1ada el&nbsp;<strong>agua de<\/strong>&nbsp;la pasta y m\u00e9zclela directamente con la salsa. Personalmente, siempre dejo reposar la pasta en la salsa unos minutos m\u00e1s para que todo se combine bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez colocada la pasta con calabaza e higos en el plato, es el momento de desmenuzar el queso feta por encima.
