Me encanta este sabroso y picante plato frito y crec\u00ed con \u00e9l. Es sencillo, pero super sabroso y puedes prepararlo f\u00e1cilmente t\u00fa mismo. B\u00e1sicamente, todo lo que tienes que hacer es preparar una sencilla salsa de tomate y pimiento y fre\u00edr los huevos en ella. Aqu\u00ed tienes la <strong>receta original de shakshuka<\/strong> de mi libro de cocina.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-la-shakshuka\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la shakshuka?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces me sorprendo mucho cuando uno de mis amigos me dice que a\u00fan no conoce la shakshuka. Mi primera pregunta es entonces: \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo vienes a desayunar? Tradicionalmente, la shakshuka es en realidad un <strong>plato de desayuno<\/strong>, pero tambi\u00e9n es muy popular como comida o cena r\u00e1pida.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces: la shakshuka (shakshuka o <strong>shakshouka<\/strong>) es un <strong>plato frito en sart\u00e9n<\/strong> con una <strong>salsa<\/strong> hecha de <strong>tomates<\/strong> y <strong>pimientos<\/strong> guisados. Luego se prensa en huecos y se a\u00f1aden <strong>huevos<\/strong> que se cuecen en la sabrosa salsa. Es muy popular en todo el Levante y suele variarse.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Shakshuka es originaria de los pa\u00edses del Levante (L\u00edbano, Siria, Palestina, Israel) y del norte de \u00c1frica. En realidad, el plato puede tener un aspecto muy diferente seg\u00fan el pa\u00eds, y a veces se sirve sin huevo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-de-la-shakshuka-lo-que-necesitas-para-el-original\">Ingredientes de la Shakshuka: Lo que necesitas para el original<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>receta de shakshuka<\/strong> es muy sencilla y r\u00e1pida. S\u00f3lo necesitas unos pocos ingredientes seleccionados. Diferenciar\u00e9 entre los ingredientes b\u00e1sicos para la shakshuka original y los ingredientes para las variaciones.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-basicos-para-la-shakshuka\">Ingredientes b\u00e1sicos para la shakshuka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tomates y pimientos<\/strong>: Se saltean en una sart\u00e9n para hacer una salsa muy sabrosa y arom\u00e1tica para la shakshuka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo y cebolla<\/strong>: Si te gusta el ajo, no dudes en a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s a la salsa. Ambos ingredientes hacen que la salsa sea agradable y sabrosa. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especias<\/strong>: A\u00f1ade un poco de <strong>piment\u00f3n en polvo<\/strong> y una pizca de <strong>canela<\/strong> a la salsa shakshuka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huevos<\/strong>: no hay shakshuka sin huevos. Los huevos se cuecen en la deliciosa salsa. Puedes decidir t\u00fa mismo hasta qu\u00e9 punto deben estar cocidos.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite de oliva<\/strong>: Un buen aceite de oliva no s\u00f3lo es saludable, sino que adem\u00e1s aporta mucho sabor a tu salteado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guindilla <strong>o harissa<\/strong>: Para hacerlo realmente picante, a\u00f1ade un poco de guindilla o la deliciosa pasta de guindilla <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/harissa-con-agua-de-rosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">harissa<\/a> a la sart\u00e9n. Puedes decidir t\u00fa mismo lo picante que lo quieres. En teor\u00eda, tambi\u00e9n puedes omitir este ingrediente de la shakshuka o utilizar m\u00e1s cantidad.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-adicionales-para-variaciones\">Ingredientes adicionales para variaciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que me encanta de la shakshuka es su versatilidad. Puedes modificar el plato a tu antojo y cocinar un mont\u00f3n de deliciosas variaciones de shakshuka. Mis ingredientes favoritos para las variaciones son  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Feta<\/strong>: Puedes ampliar los ingredientes b\u00e1sicos del shakshuka original con la deliciosa feta. Es r\u00e1pido y absolutamente delicioso. Puede encontrar la receta <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/shakshuka-con-queso-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Berenjena<\/strong>: Hierve berenjena a fuego lento en la salsa y experimenta una variaci\u00f3n de shakshuka completamente nueva. <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/shakshuka-de-berenjena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Haz clic aqu\u00ed para ver la receta<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garbanzos<\/strong>: Si a\u00f1ades garbanzos cocidos a la salsa, \u00a1tu shakshuka ser\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s rica y llenar\u00e1 mucho!  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan plano<\/strong>: \u00a1has le\u00eddo bien! A veces me sobra <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban%c3%a9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan plano<\/a>, lo rompo y lo a\u00f1ado a la salsa. El pan lo absorbe todo y el resultado es una variaci\u00f3n de shakshuka incre\u00edblemente sabrosa. Incluso tengo una <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/shakshuka-de-pan-de-pita\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">receta<\/a> para ti.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Espinacas<\/strong>: Aqu\u00ed la shakshuka es toda verde. En lugar de tomates y pimientos, la base est\u00e1 hecha de espinacas. Junto con un poco de queso feta, es un verdadero plato fuerte para la noche. Tambi\u00e9n me gusta combinar el calabac\u00edn con berenjena y tomates cherry para hacer una especie de pisto shakshuka. Tambi\u00e9n tengo una <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/shakshuka-de-pisto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">receta<\/a> para ti.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hierbas<\/strong>: \u00a1Me encantan las hierbas frescas! Si quieres, puedes picar menta fresca, perejil o incluso un poco de cilantro y adornar el shakshuka con ello. No s\u00f3lo tiene un aspecto estupendo, \u00a1tambi\u00e9n sabe muy bien!  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Podr\u00eda continuar esta lista eternamente, porque aqu\u00ed no hay l\u00edmites. S\u00f3lo tienes que abrir la nevera y ver lo que tienes. Por eso la shakshuka tambi\u00e9n es estupenda para aprovechar las sobras.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-receta-de-shakshuka-en-4-sencillos-pasos\">Receta de Shakshuka en 4 sencillos pasos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta original de shakshuka es muy sencilla y se cocina en s\u00f3lo 4 pasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepara<\/strong> la salsa: El primer paso es hacer la salsa con los tomates y los pimientos guisados. Para ello, me gusta sofre\u00edr las cebollas con una pizca de az\u00facar para caramelizarlas. A continuaci\u00f3n, se a\u00f1aden los dem\u00e1s ingredientes de la salsa y se rehogan a fuego medio.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haz pocillos para los huevos<\/strong>: Antes de a\u00f1adir los huevos a la sart\u00e9n, es mejor hacer un peque\u00f1o pozo en la salsa para cada huevo. A continuaci\u00f3n, rompe un huevo y d\u00e9jalo deslizar en uno de los pocillos. Esto ayuda a que el huevo se cueza mejor en la salsa.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utiliza una tapa<\/strong>: Puedes acelerar el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n de los huevos colocando una tapa adecuada en la sart\u00e9n. Los huevos se \u00abcocer\u00e1n al vapor\u00bb, pero las claras se cuajar\u00e1n mejor y no quedar\u00e1n pegajosas. Como alternativa, puedes colocar simplemente la sart\u00e9n (si es adecuada) en el horno precalentado y dejar que los huevos se cuajen.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guarnici\u00f3n<\/strong>: Me gusta adornar mi shakshouka con un poco de cilantro fresco. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar perejil, por ejemplo. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes disfrutar de la shakshuka directamente de la sart\u00e9n con pan plano o baguette crujiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-consejos-para-una-shakshuka-perfecta\">3 consejos para una shakshuka perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En realidad no hay mucho que tener en cuenta a la hora de cocinar shakshuka, pero aqu\u00ed tienes mis 3 mejores consejos para que tu shakshuka original sea perfecta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Para obtener el mejor sabor<\/strong>: La <strong>calidad<\/strong> de los platos con pocos ingredientes es especialmente importante. Por supuesto, un tomate maduro de temporada sabe mucho mejor y m\u00e1s sabroso que uno inmaduro. Por eso me gusta utilizar tomates en conserva troceados o pelados, ya que siempre son de temporada. Sin embargo, aseg\u00farate de comprar un buen producto, ya que influye mucho en el sabor y la consistencia.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Para unos huevos perfectamente cocidos<\/strong>: Cada huevo tiene, por naturaleza, un tama\u00f1o ligeramente diferente. Esto tambi\u00e9n afecta al tiempo de cocci\u00f3n. A m\u00ed me gusta que los huevos escalfados de la shakshuka est\u00e9n cremosos, pero las claras deben estar ya cuajadas. Puedes regularlo f\u00e1cilmente con la temperatura. Por tanto, es mejor bajar un poco el fuego y dejar que los huevos se cocinen suavemente y un poco m\u00e1s despacio. Dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de los huevos, puede tardar m\u00e1s o menos. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar una cuchara de madera para separar con cuidado la clara de la yema. As\u00ed la clara tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s superficie para cocerse m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente.       <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Para obtener el mejor resultado de la salsa<\/strong>: haz peque\u00f1os pozos en la salsa para los huevos. Para ello, la salsa debe tener la consistencia adecuada y no estar demasiado l\u00edquida. Por eso repito: aseg\u00farate de utilizar buenos tomates en conserva. Los productos m\u00e1s baratos suelen tener un mayor contenido de agua y no son sabrosos. Tambi\u00e9n puedes darle un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo a la salsa para que adquiera la consistencia adecuada. Si todo est\u00e1 bien, puedes hacer buenos moldes para poner los huevos.       <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Asocio la shakshuka con una sensaci\u00f3n totalmente acogedora, una sensaci\u00f3n de comodidad, sobre todo cuando fuera refresca. Me siento como si recuperara un poco de verano con cada trozo de pan que como con la sabrosa salsa, y de alguna manera siempre me trae un recuerdo de la infancia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espero que disfrutes prob\u00e1ndola y, por supuesto, sabore\u00e1ndola.
