De ni\u00f1a, siempre esperaba con impaciencia que sirvieran la ensalada de <strong>perejil<\/strong> fresco. Esta arom\u00e1tica ensalada con mucho perejil y bulgur fino, adem\u00e1s de tomates y hierbas, puede servirse todo el a\u00f1o. \u00a1Es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar! Puedes encontrar la <strong>receta de<\/strong> mi <strong>familia libanesa<\/strong> aqu\u00ed.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-el-tabule\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el tabul\u00e9?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El tabul\u00e9 es una ensalada fresca del Levante con mucho perejil picado, menta fresca, tomates jugosos y bulgur fino. He crecido con la ensalada de <strong>perejil<\/strong> desde ni\u00f1a, porque com\u00edamos ensalada tabul\u00e9 con mucha regularidad. Sobre todo cuando hac\u00edamos una barbacoa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-los-ingredientes-clasicos-del-tabule\">Los ingredientes cl\u00e1sicos del tabul\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En alg\u00fan momento, la ensalada tabul\u00e9 (o taboul\u00e9) lleg\u00f3 a las estanter\u00edas de los supermercados locales. Era cruel. Lo que se anunciaba como \u00abtaboul\u00e9\u00bb parec\u00eda m\u00e1s bien una ensalada de cusc\u00fas. Pero en realidad el cusc\u00fas no pertenece a esta deliciosa ensalada de perejil, sino <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/que-es-el-bulgur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">el bulgur<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los ingredientes del tabul\u00e9, lo mejor es ir al mercado semanal, al supermercado oriental o a la tienda de productos ecol\u00f3gicos, ya que los alimentos frescos son los que hacen que la ensalada de perejil est\u00e9 tan buena. Y los sabores son esenciales para la<strong> receta<\/strong> original del<strong> tabul\u00e9<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, har\u00e1s un favor a tu cuerpo reduciendo al m\u00ednimo el consumo de pesticidas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1As\u00ed que coge tu cesta de la compra y consigue todos los ingredientes importantes para el tabul\u00e9 que a\u00fan no tengas en casa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los ingredientes del tabul\u00e9 para una ensalada aut\u00e9ntica son:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Perejil<\/strong> de hoja plana: El ingrediente principal del tabul\u00e9 es el perejil de hoja plana, que se pica muy fino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menta fresca:<\/strong> La menta tambi\u00e9n se pica finamente. Sin embargo, cuando la compres, busca menta suave y no utilices menta piperita. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomates:<\/strong> Los tomates jugosos dan a la ensalada un dulzor maravilloso. Compra tomates especialmente maduros y arom\u00e1ticos para tu ensalada tabul\u00e9. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla:<\/strong> La cebolla tambi\u00e9n se pica finamente y da a la ensalada \u00e1rabe de perejil su sabor intenso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulgur fino<strong>:<\/strong> a diferencia de lo que se suele vender en el supermercado, el tabul\u00e9 original no contiene cusc\u00fas, sino bulgur fino. El bulgur s\u00f3lo puede a\u00f1adirse a la ensalada en peque\u00f1as porciones. El ingrediente principal es el perejil.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lim\u00f3n:<\/strong> La aut\u00e9ntica ensalada tabul\u00e9 tiene una buena acidez, que procede del zumo de lim\u00f3n reci\u00e9n exprimido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite de oliva:<\/strong> No debes escatimar en aceite de oliva. Esta ensalada necesita mucho. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canela:<\/strong> El ingrediente secreto de mi madre para su receta de tabul\u00e9 es una pizca de canela. Aunque es muy poca, realmente marca una gran diferencia en el sabor. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-sencillos-consejos-para-un-tabule-perfecto\">5 sencillos consejos para un tabul\u00e9 perfecto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aseg\u00farate de utilizar <strong>bulgur fino<\/strong> y no demasiado. Puedes averiguar c\u00f3mo preparar el bulgur correctamente <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/cocinar-bulgur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliza un cuchillo grande o un cuchillo para hierbas con una tabla para picar finamente las hierbas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compra aceite de oliva de alta calidad. Preferiblemente <strong>aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/strong>, porque es el m\u00e1s arom\u00e1tico, y luego no escatimes en \u00e9l. Puedes a\u00f1adir mucho a la ensalada tabul\u00e9.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No escatimes en zumo de lim\u00f3n, ya que la acidez hace que la ensalada sea agradable y picante. Aseg\u00farate de utilizar <strong>zumo de lim\u00f3n fresco<\/strong>, ya que el zumo comprado cambiar\u00e1 el sabor de la ensalada para peor. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El tabul\u00e9 es f\u00e1cil de preparar: Pica los ingredientes y prepara el bulgur. Sin embargo, s\u00f3lo debes a\u00f1adir el aceite, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, la sal y la pimienta <strong>antes de<\/strong> servir. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Con mis consejos, nada deber\u00eda salir mal.
