Carne picada con cebolla, especias y perejil: eso es el kafta. Lo mejor es que es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar y se puede hacer muy r\u00e1pidamente. El kafta es f\u00e1cil de preparar y se puede guardar en la nevera hasta que se necesite. Y se pueden hacer tantas cosas deliciosas con el kafta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero el kafta tambi\u00e9n tiene un sabor fant\u00e1stico con una&nbsp;<em>salsa de tomate<\/em>. Especialmente en los platos sencillos con pocos ingredientes, depende mucho de la calidad de los mismos. Puedes hacer una salsa de tomate o puedes hacer una excelente salsa de tomate. Los ingredientes pueden ser los mismos, pero la calidad es completamente diferente. En el L\u00edbano, hay muchos platos que constan de muy pocos ingredientes, como el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/baba-ganoush-auberginencreme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a>&nbsp;o el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/humus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>. Y cuanto mejor sea la calidad de los ingredientes, mejor ser\u00e1 el sabor de la comida, pero eso probablemente ya lo sabes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como las alb\u00f3ndigas se cocinan en la salsa, se ahorra mucha grasa, pero no el sabor. Los sabores de la salsa de tomate y las bolas de kafta se mezclan y armonizan muy bien entre s\u00ed. Y cuando se sirve el plato al vapor, \u00a1hay una peque\u00f1a sorpresa en la parte superior!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Kafta_Tomatansauce_4web.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/683;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras las alb\u00f3ndigas se cocinan en la salsa de tomate, mezclo r\u00e1pidamente una sencilla crema de tahini, agua y zumo de lim\u00f3n y pico un poco de perejil y menta frescos. Ambos se a\u00f1aden como aderezos al servir.<br>Siempre como pan de pita como acompa\u00f1amiento, a veces tambi\u00e9n arroz. Mi madre sol\u00eda hornear el pan de pita ella misma, as\u00ed que adem\u00e1s de este delicioso plato, tambi\u00e9n ten\u00eda el pan de pita m\u00e1s delicioso del mundo, con el que siempre limpiaba completamente el plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y mi est\u00f3mago&#8230; estaba contento y siempre lo est\u00e1 cuando hay kafta con salsa de tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
