Y no necesitas muchos ingredientes para asar las legumbres en el horno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para asar los garbanzos en el horno, necesitas los siguientes ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Garbanzos:<\/strong> utiliza los del bote porque ya est\u00e1n cocidos y ahorras tiempo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite de oliva:<\/strong> utiliza uno bueno, como el <em>aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/em> (natural y de calidad), que puedas calentar a alta temperatura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especias:<\/strong> una buena sal marina, o incluso mejor una sal mezclada con yodo, realza el sabor. Tambi\u00e9n utilic\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tu-propio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&#8217;atar<\/a>, una mezcla de especias del L\u00edbano. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que t\u00fa decides c\u00f3mo debe saber tu snack crujiente y qu\u00e9 ingredientes se utilizan, sin aditivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparar-garbanzos-asados-en-el-horno-asi-se-hace\">Preparar garbanzos asados en el horno &#8211; as\u00ed se hace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar los guisantes al horno es realmente f\u00e1cil y lleva muy poco tiempo.
