Pero cuando esa idea surge de repente, no sirve de nada: tengo que anotar al menos los puntos clave a grandes rasgos (y comer algo): Contundente y sustancioso, pero al mismo tiempo ligero y fresco.&nbsp;<strong>Filete de coliflor<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>sobre pur\u00e9 de jud\u00edas<\/strong>&nbsp;cubierto con harissa y queso. La receta es sencilla y r\u00e1pida de hacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un plato r\u00e1pido para despu\u00e9s del trabajo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando desarroll\u00e9 m\u00e1s esta receta sobre el papel, ya pod\u00eda sentir en la lengua la gran combinaci\u00f3n de los diferentes sabores antes de preparar nada. Y el resultado fue a\u00fan mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya puedo o\u00edr a algunos gritar: \u00a1La coliflor no es filete, trapo! Es cierto, por supuesto &#8211; todo menos el trapo. Al menos si se piensa en t\u00e9rminos anticuados. Pero lo cierto es que se puede cortar la coliflor en hermosas rodajas y asarlas o cocerlas en el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decid\u00ed hornearlos. Antes de meter los filetes de coliflor en el horno, se les da un<strong>&nbsp;adobo&nbsp;<\/strong>picante<strong>&nbsp;de harissa y aceite de oliva&nbsp;<\/strong>. Para darle un toque m\u00e1s salado, se a\u00f1ade queso rallado por encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-lecho-cremoso-de-judias-blancas-para-la-coliflor\">Un lecho cremoso de jud\u00edas blancas para la coliflor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, mientras los filetes de coliflor se asan en el horno y el queso se dora, el pur\u00e9 de alubias se mezcla f\u00e1cilmente. Como puedes imaginar, esto tambi\u00e9n es s\u00faper r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simplemente saca las alubias blancas cocidas de la lata y hazlas pur\u00e9 con zumo de lim\u00f3n, ralladura de lim\u00f3n y un poco de tahini hasta que est\u00e9n cremosas y a\u00f1ade una cebolla roja picada. Esto le da al conjunto una textura agradable y otro sabor delicioso. El pur\u00e9 es aterciopelado y cremoso por un lado y muy fresco y afrutado por otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalmente, podr\u00eda comer el pur\u00e9 de alubias con un poco de pan hasta saciarme. Pero esa es otra idea de receta&#8230; Untarlo en el plato y hacerlo cremoso, y es una gran base para el filete de coliflor al horno. Ad\u00f3rnalo todo con almendras reci\u00e9n tostadas y hierbas frescas y ver\u00e1s qu\u00e9 canci\u00f3n de amor te canta tu paladar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cualquier caso, le deseo que se divierta
