Porque en cuanto conozco nuevas especias o pastas que me gustan, \u00a1quiero mezclarlas directamente en todas las recetas! Yo estaba&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/harissa-con-agua-de-rosas\/\"><strong>Harissa<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;ya me resultaba familiar, pero hay tantas pastas y mezclas de especias secas diferentes que primero tuve que probar para encontrar la adecuada para m\u00ed. \u00a1Me gusta el picante! Y hay algunas pastas que son menos picantes, pero tienen un sabor&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s ahumado<\/strong>&nbsp;o&nbsp;<strong>salado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-crujiente-por-fuera-jugoso-por-dentro-el-reto-del-pollo-frito\"><strong>Crujiente por fuera, jugoso por dentro: el reto del pollo frito<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfHas hecho alguna vez&nbsp;<strong>pollo frito<\/strong>&nbsp;t\u00fa mismo? En tu imaginaci\u00f3n es s\u00faper elaborado y sobre todo&#8230; \u00a1est\u00e1s delante de una olla con aceite caliente y huele por todas partes! Pero en la pr\u00e1ctica, todo lo que hay que hacer es mezclar un gran adobo, dejar que el pollo se empape en \u00e9l, luego pasarlo con cari\u00f1o por harina y finalmente fre\u00edrlo hasta que est\u00e9 dorado. Y cuanto m\u00e1s fresco es el aceite, menos huele en la casa. Las ventanas y los cap\u00f3s de los extractores pueden seguir abri\u00e9ndose y encendi\u00e9ndose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>muslos de pollo<\/strong>&nbsp;y no&nbsp;<strong>filete de pechuga de pollo<\/strong>? Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar el filete. Sin embargo, personalmente prefiero utilizar muslos de pollo, incluso con la piel. Porque la carne es m\u00e1s tierna que la pechuga de pollo. Y el&nbsp;<strong>marinado de yogur<\/strong>&nbsp;hace que la carne sea m\u00e1s&nbsp;<strong>tierna<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>jugosa<\/strong>. Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo se marinen los trozos de pollo, mejor asimilar\u00e1n el picante. Por eso me gusta marinarlos durante la noche y empanarlos al d\u00eda siguiente. De este modo, el pollo frito queda bien aromatizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>empanado<\/strong>&nbsp;proporciona el crujido y cada uno lo siente de manera diferente. Por eso hay que probar diferentes empanados. Eso es lo que hice. Prob\u00e9 la&nbsp;<strong>harina de trigo<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>la Pankow<\/strong>&nbsp;y ambas resultaron con pollo crujiente. Tambi\u00e9n puede mezclar harina y&nbsp;<strong>almid\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;o utilizar&nbsp;<strong>pan rallado<\/strong>&nbsp;en lugar de pankow. Mi favorito, sin embargo, es el sencillo empanado de harina para el pollo frito con harissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dip, stipp, hurra &#8211; mayonesa de lim\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Para m\u00ed, el pollo frito siempre necesita algo para mojar, mojar o mojar! Como gran fan de la mayonesa, me lo pongo f\u00e1cil y simplemente mezclo un poco de zumo y ralladura de lim\u00f3n en la crema y \u00a1la&nbsp;<strong>mayonesa de<\/strong>&nbsp;lim\u00f3n est\u00e1 lista! La nota c\u00edtrica aporta acidez y equilibra los sabores. Tambi\u00e9n puede rociar los trozos de pollo frito con harissa con un poco de zumo de lim\u00f3n fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
