Ahora, por fin, existe una versi\u00f3n vegetal: \u00a1el labneh&nbsp;<strong>vegano<\/strong>! Aqu\u00ed aprender\u00e1s a preparar esta crema de queso vegetal de&nbsp;<strong>forma r\u00e1pida<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>sencilla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-clasico-levantino-en-vegano\">Un cl\u00e1sico levantino en vegano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Sebastian, del blog de comida vegana&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.simply-vegan.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Simply Vegan<\/a>, le encanta la cocina de Levante y siempre ha sentido curiosidad por el cremoso queso de yogur y sus variaciones. Junto con \u00e9l, finalmente dimos con esta receta de labneh vegano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se ha descrito anteriormente, el labneh es un queso cremoso elaborado a partir de yogur. Su preparaci\u00f3n es realmente muy sencilla. B\u00e1sicamente, lo \u00fanico que hay que hacer es mezclar el yogur con una pizca de sal y ponerlo en un pa\u00f1o colador. D\u00e9jelo colar para que el suero escurra y el yogur se vuelva m\u00e1s firme e intenso. El resultado es un queso cremoso con un delicioso toque agridulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como, por supuesto, el yogur normal no es vegano, prob\u00e9 varias alternativas de yogur vegetal para el labneh vegano. El yogur de soja fue el que mejor funcion\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-labneh-vegano-sencillo-y-rapido-de-hacer\">Labneh vegano: \u00a1Sencillo y r\u00e1pido de hacer!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomiendo hacer el labneh vegano con yogur&nbsp;<strong>de soja<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n funciona con otras alternativas, por ejemplo yogur de avena, pero sabe mejor con soja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El yogur vegetal suele ser m\u00e1s l\u00edquido. Por eso no funciona tan bien con un pa\u00f1o colador normal. Pero aqu\u00ed es donde resulta \u00fatil un truco de mi madre: si no tiene un pa\u00f1o colador a mano, simplemente utiliza un&nbsp;<strong>filtro de caf\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;grande para escurrir el yogur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El filtro de caf\u00e9 tiene poros mucho m\u00e1s finos que un pa\u00f1o de colar, por lo que no se pierde nada del propio yogur y el sabor se intensifica mejor. \u00a1As\u00ed se hace el labneh vegano!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s s\u00f3lo hay que a\u00f1adir una pizca de sal al yogur vegetal y ponerlo en un filtro de caf\u00e9. Yo tengo un dispositivo para mi filtro de caf\u00e9 en el que puedo ponerlo. Hay que colocar el filtro sobre una taza o un cuenco peque\u00f1o para que no se vuelque y pueda gotear el l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dependiendo de la consistencia del yogur vegetal, el escurrido tarda entre 24 y 36 horas. Es bastante m\u00e1s tiempo que con el Labneh normal. Por lo tanto, tambi\u00e9n debe poner el yogur en el filtro de caf\u00e9 en la nevera para escurrirlo. La consistencia del labneh vegano debe ser entonces mucho m\u00e1s firme y cremosa que la del yogur utilizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-crema-de-queso-vegetal-el-toque-final\">Crema de queso vegetal: \u00a1el toque final!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez escurrido el yogur vegetal, puede empezar a darle los toques finales. El labneh no s\u00f3lo es deliciosamente cremoso, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene una nota \u00e1cida. Para que tu labneh vegano se parezca al original, puedes a\u00f1adir un poco de aceite de oliva y zumo de lim\u00f3n al yogur escurrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo hay que removerlo todo hasta que quede cremoso y \u00a1ya est\u00e1 listo el labneh vegetal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Labneh se roc\u00eda cl\u00e1sicamente con un poco de aceite de oliva y se sirve con la arom\u00e1tica mezcla de especias de tomillo y s\u00e9samo llamada&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tu-propio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&#8217;atar<\/a>. S\u00edrvalo con baguette crujiente, palitos de verdura o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban%C3%A9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan de pita<\/a>&nbsp;fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El labneh vegano puede conservarse en una caja fresca en el frigor\u00edfico durante aproximadamente una semana. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que la crema de queso vegetal se espesar\u00e1 un poco al cabo de uno o dos d\u00edas. En ese caso, basta con a\u00f1adir unas gotas de agua y volver a removerlo todo hasta que quede cremoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto, el labneh es muy vers\u00e1til y se puede adornar de forma creativa con diversos ingredientes.
