Estaba muy emocionada y ansiosa por mi primera cosecha. Tambi\u00e9n me gustaron mucho las flores de calabac\u00edn, con las que se pueden hacer unos entrantes realmente deliciosos. Pero el motivo de mis actividades de jardiner\u00eda era en realidad un plato muy especial: calabacines rellenos en salsa de tomate.<\/p>\n<p>Desgraciadamente, sigo siendo muy ignorante en materia de jardiner\u00eda y ten\u00eda mucho miedo de haber confundido las j\u00f3venes plantas de calabac\u00edn con malas hierbas y haberlas arrancado de la tierra antes de que tuvieran la oportunidad de saludar al sol. Y ten\u00eda muchas ganas de comer calabacines rellenos.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que al principio no parec\u00eda venir, sali\u00f3 disparado del suelo de forma incontrolada. No estuve en el jard\u00edn durante dos d\u00edas y al tercer d\u00eda \u00abMu\u00dfa\u00bb, el calabac\u00edn mutante gigante, me salud\u00f3 con un ingenioso mon\u00f3logo sobre los excesos de la digitalizaci\u00f3n actual. Le cont\u00e9 algo sobre mi blog y acab\u00e9 haci\u00e9ndole unas deliciosas\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/tamp%C3%B3n-de-calabac%C3%ADn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tortitas de calabac\u00edn&#8230;.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pude cosechar los siguientes calabacines antes de que empezaran a parlotear. Peque\u00f1o y de color verde brillante, perfecto para los calabacines rellenos. Cuando tengo mucha hambre, me apetece comer aut\u00e9ntica comida casera. Y estos calabacines rellenos de carne picada, tomates y arroz en salsa de tomate son para m\u00ed el ep\u00edtome de la cocina casera libanesa.<\/p>\n<p data-slot-rendered-content=\"true\">Os cuento un truco para la preparaci\u00f3n: Como no queremos cortar los calabacines por la mitad para raspar la pulpa, tenemos que sacarla de los calabacines de otra manera. Una cucharada normal ayuda en este caso. Corto el tallo generosamente y as\u00ed tengo una superficie de corte recta directamente en la \u00abcabeza\u00bb del calabac\u00edn. Ahora s\u00f3lo hay que pinchar el mango de la cuchara -varias veces si se quiere- y hacer movimientos circulares para sacar la pulpa del calabac\u00edn. \u00bfY despu\u00e9s?
