Hay tantos tipos diferentes de <strong>pasta de harissa<\/strong> y muchos no son lo bastante picantes para m\u00ed. A m\u00ed me gusta picante y por eso empec\u00e9 a hacer mis propias pastas de especias. Aqu\u00ed tienes mi <strong>receta de harissa<\/strong> para platos salados.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pasta-harissa-los-ingredientes-para-hacerla-tu-mismo\">Pasta Harissa &#8211; los ingredientes para hacerla t\u00fa mismo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente utilizo <strong>guindillas<\/strong> picantes <strong>tailandesas<\/strong> para mi <strong>mezcla de especias harissa<\/strong>. Tampoco les quito las semillas. Esto hace que sea muy picante. Puedes conseguir los peque\u00f1os chiles tailandeses secos en cualquier supermercado asi\u00e1tico y, a menudo, tambi\u00e9n en el supermercado de la esquina.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si prefieres <em>un picante medio<\/em> o incluso <em>suave<\/em>, puedes utilizar otro tipo de guindilla. Los chiles son una de esas cosas. Sencillamente, hay much\u00edsimas variedades y todas saben diferente y tienen distintos <strong>niveles de picante<\/strong>. Puedes encontrar un buen resumen de las variedades m\u00e1s importantes en <a href=\"https:\/\/pepperworld.com\/chilisorten-ein-erster-uberblick\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pepperworld<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n experiment\u00e9 un poco y mezcl\u00e9 distintos tipos de chile para esta <strong>receta de especias harissa<\/strong>, con el fin de sacarle todo el sabor posible. Por eso cambi\u00e9 los chiles tailandeses por chiles mexicanos: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>11 g <strong>de \u00c1rbol<\/strong>: tiene un sabor ligeramente ahumado y es muy picante<strong>Nivel depicante 7<\/strong> (de 1 a 10)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>32 g <strong>Ancho<\/strong>: tiene un sabor afrutado, ligeramente ahumado y es m\u00e1s bien suave<strong>Nivel depicante 2<\/strong> (de 1 a 10)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>17 g <strong>Pasilla<\/strong>: tiene un sabor ahumado y ligeramente dulce<strong>Nivel depicante 4<\/strong> (de 1 a 10)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9sta es la mezcla de guindillas que utilizo para hacer mi <strong>propia harissa<\/strong>. Las distintas variedades hacen que la pasta de guindilla no s\u00f3lo sea picante, sino que tambi\u00e9n tenga un sabor <strong>afrutado y ahumado<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la mezcla de especias harissa no es s\u00f3lo picante, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene que ver con los muchos <strong>sabores<\/strong> que se despliegan durante la cocci\u00f3n. En la cocina libanesa, los alimentos se aromatizan a menudo con agua de rosas, que confiere a la harissa en particular una nota floral y delicada muy especial e inesperada si a\u00f1ades unas gotas a la pasta; pru\u00e9balo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-haz-tu-propia-harissa-pasta-de-especias-saladas-en-2-pasos\">Haz tu propia harissa &#8211; pasta de especias saladas en 2 pasos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La harissa no se utiliza para hacer la comida lo m\u00e1s picante posible, sino para conjurar ese \u00abBritzeln\u00bb especial en la boca con una dosis dirigida y realzar el sabor del plato. Por lo tanto, yo no utilizar\u00eda la pasta de harissa para mojar, sino para condimentar una <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/salsa-de-feta-con-calabaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salsa<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As\u00ed se prepara la pasta de harissa:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remoja las guindillas, exprime el lim\u00f3n y pela el ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tritura todos los ingredientes de la pasta sazonadora en un robot de cocina.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Parece muy sencillo, \u00bfverdad? As\u00ed que deber\u00edas ponerte manos a la obra de inmediato y hacer tu propia mezcla de especias harissa. Ponte <strong>guantes<\/strong> y aseg\u00farate de que <strong>no<\/strong> te entre el vapor del chile en los ojos ni lo respires.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espero que disfrutes prepar\u00e1ndola.
