En el L\u00edbano, Siria, Israel y Palestina en particular, esta mezcla de especias forma parte integrante de la cocina. A mi madre tambi\u00e9n le gusta poner tomillo silvestre en aceite y luego utilizarlo en ensaladas, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>tomillo silvestre<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n recibe a veces el nombre de <strong>hisopo b\u00edblico<\/strong> u <strong>or\u00e9gano sirio<\/strong>. Esto suele dar lugar a confusiones: El hisopo verdadero (Hyssopus officinalis) es en realidad una especie vegetal completamente distinta y, por tanto, no tiene nada que ver con el tomillo que conocemos. Por eso, cuando se habla de hisopo en relaci\u00f3n con el za&#8217;atar, se trata de tomillo silvestre. Molido grueso, el polvo p\u00farpura se espolvorea sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/ensalada-de-colores-fattoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ensaladas<\/a> y se utiliza en <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/hamburguesa-crujiente-de-halloumi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salsas<\/a> o para hacer<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/brochetas-de-pollo-shish-taouk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">adobos<\/a> (para barbacoa). <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/zumaque-especia-de-mesa-del-levantamiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aqu\u00ed<\/a> encontrar\u00e1 m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el zumaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El polvo morado huele ligeramente a vinagre y tiene un sabor fuerte y \u00e1cido. Son deliciosas empanadillas de masa que se rebozan con una mezcla de za&#8217;atar, cebolla y aceite de oliva y se meten brevemente en el horno. \u00a1El aroma que sale del horno es seductor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Tambi\u00e9n puede servir simplemente la mezcla junto con un buen aceite de oliva y pan fresco. Sumerja primero el pan en el aceite y luego en la deliciosa mezcla de especias. Es especialmente conocido y popular el uso de labneh, el <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/queso-fresco-liban\u00e9s-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">queso cremoso<\/a> levantino <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/queso-fresco-liban\u00e9s-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hecho a base de yogur<\/a>. Simplemente se roc\u00eda con aceite de oliva y se espolvorea con za&#8217;atar. Si no quiero hacer yo misma la mezcla de especias, me gusta utilizar productos que compro por internet, ya que sus recetas suelen ser m\u00e1s aut\u00e9nticas que las disponibles en los supermercados. Al comprar, hay que asegurarse de que se utiliza tomillo silvestre y de que no se incluyen otros ingredientes, como el comino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer za&#8217;atar t\u00fa mismo de forma f\u00e1cil, <strong>r\u00e1pida<\/strong> y <strong>barata<\/strong>. Se conservar\u00e1 durante <strong>6 meses<\/strong>. Por supuesto, podr\u00e1 utilizarlo despu\u00e9s, pero las semillas de s\u00e9samo no sabr\u00e1n tan frescas. De todos modos, es probable que para entonces ya hayas consumido todo el za&#8217;atar.
