Quiz\u00e1s \u00e4h&#8230;. incluso dejes tu carne de barbacoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Freekeh: Besado por el fuego<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que, ahora s\u00ed que me he aventurado, \u00bfno? Los fans de Juego de Tronos dir\u00e1n ahora que est\u00e1 \u00abbesado por el fuego\u00bb. Toda la historia del Freekeh tiene su origen en una tragedia real cuando, hace mil a\u00f1os, un pueblo atacado quiso salvar su trigo a toda prisa y lo cosech\u00f3 sin que estuviera maduro. S\u00f3lo digo: casi 15g de prote\u00edna por 100g de Freekeh &#8211; su bebida de prote\u00edna casi puede empacar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1Superalimentos, superensalada!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La consistencia del Freekeh es similar a la de la espelta verde o el arroz salvaje, pero el sabor explota con sabores ahumados y sustanciosos en la boca.
