Me gusta mucho experimentar con los cl\u00e1sicos de la cocina oriental y darles un nuevo impulso. Esta vez le ha tocado el turno al incre\u00edblemente delicioso&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/baba-ghanoush-crema-de-berenjena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a>&nbsp;de crema de berenjena. Madre m\u00eda, ojal\u00e1 lo hubiera hecho mucho antes: esta fusi\u00f3n es realmente incre\u00edblemente deliciosa y la receta es r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil de hacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nace-un-nuevo-clasico\">Nace un nuevo cl\u00e1sico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para m\u00ed, esta pasta con berenjenas es ya un nuevo cl\u00e1sico moderno. Pocas veces dos cocinas del mundo se han combinado tan bien como en esta receta:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/la-cocina-del-levante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a1Levante<\/a>&nbsp;se encuentra con Italia! Y para m\u00ed, esta receta tambi\u00e9n merece su propio nombre. Yo la bautizo:&nbsp;<strong>\u00a1Basta Ghanoush<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente, todo lo que necesita para esta receta es la cl\u00e1sica crema de berenjenas de Levante. El Baba Ghanoush es especialmente apreciado por su intenso sabor con maravillosos aromas tostados y c\u00edtricos. La piel de la berenjena debe estar bien carbonizada. El humo se impregna en la carne y da a la berenjena EL caracter\u00edstico sabor ahumado que hace esta crema de berenjena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la pasta de berenjena, he modificado ligeramente la receta del baba ghanoush. No he cambiado los ingredientes. Estos siguen siendo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Berenjena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tahini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Como los espaguetis absorben gran parte del sabor, aument\u00e9 la cantidad de tahini y lim\u00f3n para hacer justicia a la pasta de berenjena. Puedes encontrar la receta completa en la ficha de la receta m\u00e1s abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-facil-y-rapido\">F\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de cocinar la berenjena es a la parrilla. Ah\u00ed es donde se consigue m\u00e1s sabor. Pero eso no siempre funciona, por supuesto. Por lo tanto, tambi\u00e9n puedes cocinar la berenjena para la pasta de berenjena en el horno a la temperatura m\u00e1s alta posible. Repita esta operaci\u00f3n hasta pelarla toda. A continuaci\u00f3n, corte el tallo y haga pur\u00e9 la pulpa con tahini, ajo y zumo de lim\u00f3n para que la pasta de berenjena quede cremosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto, tambi\u00e9n puedes asar la berenjena con un d\u00eda de antelaci\u00f3n y utilizarla en cuanto te apetezca hacer pasta con berenjenas. As\u00ed siempre tiene a mano carne de berenjena ahumada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez terminada la crema, se puede mezclar la pasta caliente directamente con ella. A m\u00ed me gusta a\u00f1adir un poco de perejil picado, un poco de aceite de oliva y unos granos de granada.
