Y eso incluye casi todo lo que tiene que ver con la masa. Eso es lo que siento por los deliciosos&nbsp;<strong>pide<\/strong>&nbsp;(\u00a1siempre en plural para m\u00ed!), que pueden cubrirse con todo tipo de delicias. Como el pide&nbsp;<strong>con espinacas y queso feta<\/strong>. Por supuesto, \u00a1tambi\u00e9n tengo una receta sencilla para ti!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es realmente la pide?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pide son una deliciosa combinaci\u00f3n de masa de levadura esponjosa y un sabroso relleno. Suena un poco a pizza, \u00bfverdad? Una de las diferencias obvias entre la pide y la pizza es la forma. Mientras que la pizza suele ser redonda, estas variantes turcas suelen tener forma de barca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta forma me parece superpr\u00e1ctica, ya que el borde encierra la cobertura y as\u00ed el pide se come mejor con la mano. Mis favoritos son siempre los extremos. Los pide se pueden rellenar con lo que uno quiera. Una de mis versiones favoritas es el pide con espinacas y queso feta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La masa: r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente, la masa para el pide es una masa de levadura muy sencilla. Pero ten\u00eda muchas ganas de perfeccionar la masa y empec\u00e9 a hacer pruebas. Prob\u00e9 la masa de levadura con aceite de oliva, con leche e incluso con yogur y obtuve resultados diferentes en cada caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalmente, me pareci\u00f3 mejor la masa con leche, que tambi\u00e9n encontrar\u00e1 en la tarjeta de recetas. Era sencillamente la m\u00e1s esponjosa. Si eres intolerante a la lactosa o vegano, tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar la masa del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban%C3%A9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan<\/a>&nbsp;plano o sustituir la leche entera por una alternativa vegetal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mi masa Pide necesitas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harina: Utilice&nbsp;<strong>el tipo 550<\/strong>&nbsp;para la masa de levadura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Levadura seca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leche entera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las cantidades exactas figuran en la parte inferior de la receta. Como con cualquier masa de levadura, la masa debe dejarse fermentar a temperatura ambiente despu\u00e9s de amasarla. La levadura har\u00e1 entonces su trabajo y la masa se hinchar\u00e1. Mientras tanto, puede relajarse y preparar la cobertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Espinacas y queso feta: \u00a1una combinaci\u00f3n perfecta!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer pide que hice yo misma es el pide con espinacas y feta. Ya celebro esta combinaci\u00f3n mucho en los peque\u00f1os&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/bolsillos-de-espinacas-fatayer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bolsillos de esp<\/a>&nbsp;inacas, pero aqu\u00ed hay un lote m\u00e1s grande de una sola vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede preparar la cobertura&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cilmente<\/strong>&nbsp;con unos pocos ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Espinacas congeladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/zumaque-especia-de-mesa-del-levantamiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sumac<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar la cobertura para el pide con espinacas y queso feta es realmente superf\u00e1cil: basta con desmenuzarlo todo junto y ya est\u00e1 listo. Por supuesto, debes picar la cebolla y el ajo finamente de antemano. Pero no hace falta sofre\u00edr nada, porque el horno tiene suficiente calor para cocerlo todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por si se pregunta qu\u00e9 es el zumaque al ver los ingredientes, se trata de una especia del \u00e1rbol del vinagre que tiene un sabor ligeramente \u00e1cido y picante al mismo tiempo. El zumaque puede adquirirse en supermercados orientales o en Internet. He enlazado mi zumaque favorito en la receta. Si no le gusta el zumaque, puede a\u00f1adirle unas cucharaditas de zumo de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dar forma y hornear la pide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo admito: mi primer pide con espinacas y queso feta no se parec\u00eda al de la foto. Sab\u00eda muy bien y se notaba lo que era, pero el primero no era perfecto. Pero eso no era malo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divida la masa y exti\u00e9ndala en forma oblonga con un rodillo. A continuaci\u00f3n, coloca el relleno encima y deja un poco de espacio por todos los lados para poder doblarla despu\u00e9s. Precisamente cuando lo dobl\u00e9, tuve problemas, ya que apret\u00e9 mucho los lados. Pero no es necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basta con doblar los lados y luego presionar los dos extremos juntos donde se une el bote. S\u00f3lo aqu\u00ed la masa debe mantenerse bien unida, de lo contrario el pide subir\u00e1 durante el horneado y no mantendr\u00e1 su forma. Ya est\u00e1. Despu\u00e9s, la pide con espinacas y feta puede ir al horno a unos 200 \u00b0C de calor arriba y abajo. Si tienes una piedra para pizza, puedes usarla para esto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparar, congelar y picar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo general, el pide puede prepararse muy bien y hornearse fresco cuando se tiene hambre o cuando llegan invitados. Basta con preparar los ingredientes y la masa y, cuando llegue el momento, dar forma al pide y hornearlo reci\u00e9n hecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te sobra algo, o si quieres prepararlo para los d\u00edas de pereza y no tener que hacer nada, horn\u00e9alo previamente y d\u00e9jalo enfriar. Despu\u00e9s puedes meterlo en el congelador. Se conservar\u00e1 hasta 6 meses. El pide congelado se puede hornear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalmente, me gusta el pide con espinacas y queso feta bien fresco; de todos modos, nunca sobra nada. Como consejo, me gustar\u00eda darte la idea de servir gajos de lim\u00f3n con esta variaci\u00f3n de pide. A continuaci\u00f3n, basta con exprimir unas gotas de zumo de lim\u00f3n directamente por encima y disfrutar: \u00a1divino!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto, \u00a1no deje de probar el delicioso&nbsp;<a
