La masa forma una miga esponjosa por dentro y una fina corteza por fuera. \u00bfUsted, como yo, se sienta frente al horno y observa el proceso de cocci\u00f3n con impaciencia? Como huele de maravilla, quiero probar el&nbsp;<strong>dumpling<\/strong>&nbsp;en cuanto sale del horno. Pero, claro, siempre est\u00e1 demasiado caliente y me quemo los dedos. Ahora s\u00f3lo hay que mezclar todos los ingredientes uno tras otro. La forma m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de hacerlo es con un robot de cocina y su gancho amasador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como no todo el mundo tiene un robot de cocina, tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar una batidora de mano con gancho amasador o simplemente usar las manos.
