A veces esto sucede de forma inconsciente. Es el caso de esta deliciosa&nbsp;<strong>pasta al lim\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;con&nbsp;<strong>harissa<\/strong>, gambas y alcachofas. Casualmente ten\u00eda todos los ingredientes en casa y me puse manos a la obra. La receta es muy f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida de hacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cuando-la-vida-te-da-limones-haz-pasta-con-limon\">Cuando la vida te da limones, \u00a1haz pasta con lim\u00f3n!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Me encanta cocinar de forma espont\u00e1nea. S\u00f3lo con las tripas y con los ingredientes que tengo en casa. Por supuesto, no todo el mundo tiene a mano&nbsp;<strong>corazones de alcachofa<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>gambas<\/strong>. Pero la suerte quiso que a\u00fan tuviera una buena raci\u00f3n de estos peque\u00f1os crust\u00e1ceos en el congelador. No duran para siempre, as\u00ed que hab\u00eda que aprovecharlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre tengo en la alacena corazones de alcachofa conservados en agua. Tambi\u00e9n tengo siempre&nbsp;<strong>limones<\/strong>&nbsp;y al menos un paquete de&nbsp;<strong>espaguetis<\/strong>. De alguna manera pens\u00e9 directamente en la pasta al lim\u00f3n, pero con un toque especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me gusta el picante y decid\u00ed condimentar este delicioso y&nbsp;<strong>sencillo plato de pasta<\/strong>&nbsp;con una buena raci\u00f3n de<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/harissa-con-agua-de-rosas\/\">&nbsp;<\/a>Harissa. La harissa es un condimento picante a base de guindilla, ajo y algunas especias. Ahora se puede comprar en la secci\u00f3n de delicatessen de los supermercados, en los supermercados orientales o por Internet. Pero tambi\u00e9n puedes preparar harissa t\u00fa mismo.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/harissa-con-agua-de-rosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aqu\u00ed<\/a>&nbsp;te muestro c\u00f3mo hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la Pasta de Harissa y Lim\u00f3n necesitas los siguientes ingredientes. He aqu\u00ed un resumen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spaghetti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gambas (o camarones vegetales)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corazones de alcachofa del tarro en agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nata (o crema vegetal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmesano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za&#8217;atar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Como siempre, encontrar\u00e1s las cantidades y las instrucciones paso a paso&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s abajo<\/strong>, en la ficha de la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pasta-se-hace-rapida-y-facilmente\">Pasta: \u00a1se hace r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cilmente!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Pasta al Lim\u00f3n con Harissa est\u00e1 lista en unos 30 minutos y est\u00e1 caliente y deliciosa en la mesa. Perfecta como&nbsp;<strong>almuerzo r\u00e1pido<\/strong>&nbsp;o para despu\u00e9s del trabajo. Mientras se prepara la salsa, puedes calentar el agua de la pasta y cocer los espaguetis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, fr\u00edo las gambas en aceite de oliva directamente con la harissa. As\u00ed absorben directamente el picante de la pasta de guindilla. Luego a\u00f1ado el ajo, que aromatiza el aceite y las gambas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego lo desglaseo todo con zumo de lim\u00f3n, que se absorbe muy bien y da nombre a la pasta de lim\u00f3n. Me encanta la acidez fresca del lim\u00f3n, realza el sabor de los dem\u00e1s ingredientes y, de todos modos, siempre combina bien con el pescado y el marisco. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adimos los corazones de alcachofa cortados por la mitad, que se separan parcialmente durante la preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la cremosidad de la pasta al lim\u00f3n con harissa, a\u00f1ado una buena cucharada de nata y dejo que el parmesano rallado se funda en ella y tambi\u00e9n rallo la c\u00e1scara de un lim\u00f3n entero sin tratar en la salsa. Luego se sazona con sal y pimienta y se observa c\u00f3mo burbujea la salsa mientras la pasta sigue coci\u00e9ndose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de colar los espaguetis, los a\u00f1ado a la salsa, lo mezclo todo y dejo reposar la Pasta con Harissa y Lim\u00f3n unos 3 minutos antes de servirla. Si lo desea, puede rallar m\u00e1s parmesano por encima de la pasta y espolvorear una pizca de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tu-propio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Za&#8217;<\/a>&nbsp;atar. El za&#8217;atar es una deliciosa mezcla de tomillo, semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas y&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/zumaque-especia-de-mesa-del-levantamiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zumaque<\/a>. Se puede conseguir en cualquier tienda de especias o por Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consejo para quienes quieran evitar la carne \/ los productos animales<\/strong>: La pasta tambi\u00e9n funciona perfectamente con, por ejemplo, crema de avena y puedes omitir las gambas o utilizar las alternativas vegetales elaboradas, por ejemplo, con soja.
